Dbol/EQ/test/mast Diet makeover

About to start the next leg of my winter bulk.
Deca was causing too many issues (as my lady has a hungry vagina lol)
So I replaced deca with EQ and throwing in Dbol today when I get my mail.

As I was writing out diets for clients over vacation I decided to stop fooling around with my own diet and "wasting" so much gear. It's time to grow again!!!

My macros will be as such:

Protein- 35%
Fat- 35%
Carbs- 30%

I don't have my note pad but I'll be shooting for a little over 5,000 calories a day. I would appreciate any and everyone to hold me accountable for posting my food intake everyday or at least often. Macro tracking is always what makes or breaks me on gains so it is my weak link.

I'll post the exact amounts as soon as I get my notes back from my kids' house.

I'd love to add peptides but will have to see how this month goes.


BTW has anyone used Dbol and equipoise in a stack together before?

35% protein on 5000 calories is about 427g of protein a day, thats kinda overkill imo.. I think it would be easier for you to get in the calories if you replaced some of that protein with fat/carbs..

Ive never used dbol with EQ but I've read good things about it. Just gotta watch your BP. Ill be following this and ill try and keep you accountable as much as I can

Thanks gladiator! Stats are 188 this morning after a good colon cleanse this past week lol! 6ft, about 9% BF Id say right now. Maybe 8% but I feel soft.

Also i normally agree on the protein but I've been using higher carbs and fat with probably 20% protein in the past and no luck at least the last bulk. BUT, I always forget to factor in that my workouts have been sub par because of my injury/spin alignment issues. I'm really hoping no things will look up from here. I need to start lifting heavier again and it's impossible until I'm healthy which I believe I am now that I went to a chiropractor.

And yea bro only you know your diet better than anyone else, so I trust you know what you're talking about. I know for me Ive never needed more than 1g/lb of bodyweight but at the same time I usually rely on gear to make my gains so I can't really say what works best. I just know 412g of protein is a lot in 1 day lol you will grow nonetheless. Now that you can work out more you will utilize those nutrients more and def make more gains. Keep us updated bro
 
Yea, BP would be an issue. Try to donate blood as well.

I know u want to goto 5k cals, but without more carbs I'm not sure 5k would do a lot more than 4k.
 
Oh and actually I asked for king cobra first and switched it last second to dbol oral and he forgot but it's cool because I have King cobra in the mix now

Good point. My digestive system is even better since the chiropractor visits started. And I've never been able to eat even 350ish a day really and so I've just been curious if it's the one rock I haven't turned over yet, so to speak, that could be the answer. Anyway I'll probably not even reach that so I'll probably scale it back tonight. I want to get at least 2g per lean pound so I'll try to hit 300 if I can.

I'm scratching my head now because I must've not done the math right the first time. That is way much. Thanks for the heads up. I was quite high when I wrote that out lol

LOL no prob bro. But I do hear what youre saying, maybe you do need more protein? 320 is more reasonable for sure, thats 6 meals of 53g of protein so thats a lot but not overboard.
 
I think I've maybe not been producing too much insulin from the pressure I've had on my pancreas. Not to mention digestive enzymes

Hey jack, just curious. Why are you only running eq at 400mgs a week? Most guys get results at 800 to 1000. I am running it at a 1000 a week right now.

By the time it peaks my blood levels will be at 800 because it doubles or actually a little bit more than that. also because I am just on way too much here right now LOL I started it at 800 a week and dropped it back down but I may pick it back up to 600. It still hasn't peaked yet. Also I just like the effects of EQ no matter what the dosage. I'm not really trying to get mass out of it as much as I am just adding its benefits on top of everything else. EQ at any dose will give you benefits but they will be more or less according to the dosage.

Morning shot^^ with no pump and definitely no water retention. It's weird I'm feeling a bit bigger though without any weight gain so far on the scale.

This Dbol and EQ stack is making me hungry as hell though. GHRP level hunger which is always appreciated.

Thanks Rick! I dunno some days I like what I see in the mirror and others not at all lol. You know how it goes. Concentrating on increasing chest, rear delts and calves right now. My arms I think are starting to over shadow the rest of me. Time to play catch up! 😊

Great job Jack! That suspension aromatizes right quick. How are the e2 levels?

I expected that so I started aromsin on day 1. Seems like e4days dosing will be okay. Or maybe less. My Estrogen responds very strongly to masteron so I know I don't need much. So far very dry. Maybe too dry but strength is okay and I feel great

Sorry it's been hard to track calories lately because I've been eating sandwiches and there's too many things to check lol

Today's leg workout:
Set 1- 135 x 20
Set 2- 225 x 10
Set 3- 315 x 1
Attempt at 380 failed (2x my body weight)
Set 4,5,6, 7- 315x2

I'm hoping to make some decent progress now that I have fixed my injury issues. Hopefully I will get hurt again but as long as I stretch I should be alright

Okay so I'm not doing great on tracking cals but my workout today was back and all 6 or less reps of heavy lat pulldowns. I believe I did 280 at max. Then a few overhead pullovers for a stretch. FTR my max pulldown is nowhere near my bench max so I have a ways to go there.

Not really a specific program. I should've taken the day off probably but I want to do a second leg day for at least a few sets to see if I increased at all. EER gave me a good program though I'll start this coming week.

Just started 1st day of 40mg Dbol today. The caps are 20mg each so that's why I'm dosing it this way. I may just increase to 60 by the end but we'll see how it goes.
Dropped test suspension because I only had one vial so I may have to raise my test E dose. Haven't decided yet.

Back today:
wide grip lat pull downs 4sets increased weight each set til 280x2 last set

Deadlifts- about 7 sets starting low and increased gradually each set until set 5,6,7 which I lifted 345 one rep each set... Not my best 😕

Thanks is that good? Lol and the "King Cobra" mix I got by mistake was test suspension and injectable Dbol. Loved it but I can't splurge And I hate asking for free stuff from him because I have no idea if I help his business or not lol who knows I may hurt business ha! ☺️ but anyway I don't like asking for stuff or if grab 4 more vials now! I enjoyed it a lot.

I've no doubt seen body changes but the only scale change has been minimal whether or not it's muscle or a little water.

Definitely didn't keep up with this log! Lol sorry for those of you who were following.

At any rate, I don't want to speak too soon but I've been off the Dbol for 3 days now and EQ for 2 weeks and I'm still hanging around 203 in the mornings. Could be im holding water longer than I thought ORRRRR.... I put on a solid 10pounds give or take with this cycle.

Currently on 300test/300mast a week. May even lower the test to 200 but we shall see. 👏 praying this is solid mass and maybe even broke 200lbs 😏 who knows?

Yeah man! Still holding steady at 199-202 even mornings nice and dry. So I'll drop to 215mg exactly of test tomorrow and only 142mg exactly of masteron per week and will cruise on that for a couple months and let my nervous system recuperate.
