Defcon1 is a Preworkout supplement by Platinum Labs that comes in pineapple and watermelon flavors. Have any of you tried Defcon1 Preworkout supplement and how did it work for you?

Defcon1 is also a big hard style music festival. Supplement companies are getting less and less creative coming up with product names...

I looked up the supplement formula from the company's website: https://www.platinumlabs.com/store/supplements/defcon

It's essentially another 'me too' pre-workout supplement. It's not a bad formula but it's nothing special either. It only contains 750mg of creatine per serving. You will notice pretty much nothing from that dosage. You want to supplement with 5-10g of creatine per day to saturate your muscle cells.

I suggest stacking the product with Ancient Strength from n2bm.com. Each serving contains 5g of creatine monohydrate, creatine HCL and creatine pyruvate blend. Take 1 serving pre workout and 1 serving post workout.

I have also checked out the ingredients list. The supp looks fine, but I would not expect much from it. Usually, the supps that are heavily marketed are not of the best quality, and they cost quite a lot. The reason is that the really good supplements don't need advertising, because their manufacturers invest their money into the product, not into the marketing.
