I've used DNP on more than one occassion. Both Crystal and Powder. Used to be really easy to get from a certain source that many good bros knew about. My brother actually has quite a bit lying around still and we always joke about going on a winter trip and taking it again, but again....it's a joke. Here's why,
I've used DNP probably 3 or 4 different times. The shit is torture but the immediate results are great.....kind of. What myself and several other have noted is that there seems to be a rebound effect with DNP. Even on a strict diet I've never been pleased with the long term results. An effective recomp takes a good amount of time no matter what you are throwing in your body.
I would say that a real, and I mean real maintainable recomp is seen over the course of about a year. The reason being is that diet and training constantly needs to be monitored and tweaked. Anabolics change things a bit, but if the goal is a maintainable recomp after a PCT, then it's a slow strict process.
Don't use DNP, like I said I have a shitload of the stuff at my disposal and I won't even touch it. I also would never give it out to anyone. My last run with it, I caught a bug 2 days in, I'm not even going to go into detail of how terrible this was let a lone life threatening. The stuff doesn't get out of your system quickly, so if you suddenly want to abort mission, tough shit.
