Epistong Cycle Help...Critique please!

Hey fellas,
I am wanting to start my first Epistrong cycle in the next few weeks but I want to make sure I have my cycle support supps and PCT lined out. I was going to do a Beastdrol cycle but I was told that it is a tad too harsh for a first time user.

I really would like to stay away from SERMs if possible since I have read that Epi isn't that harsh of a compound.

Stats:
22 yrs old
Lifting for 5+years religiously
175 lbs
Clean diet about 4,000 cals a day (about 30% protein, 55% carbs, 15% fat)
--just started this diet is why my weight is low

I have been reading up for weeks and here is what I have so far...

Cycle:
Week 1-4 Epi-strong (1 cap 3 times/day)
Week 1-4 Forged Liver Support 2 caps ED
Week 1-4 HCGenerate 5 caps ED spread out.

PCT:
Week 4-8 Unleashed
Week 4-8 Post Cycle
Week 4-8 Forma-Stanzol (all PCT used as directed on label)

What do you guys think? Do you think this combination will get my levels back to normal after a 4 week cycle?

Any help you guys can give me would really help me out...

what was your weight when you first started lifting? did your bf change during this time, up or down a lot? oh ya and height?
Everything the way your have it looks really good. cals are a bit high imo. Goals are to gain some lbm I am guessing :)

when i first started lifting I was prob around 140? my bf has always been right around 6-8% which is what i believe I am still around. i am 5'11".
 
looks like you did your homework and did some good research. cycle looks great! if you want you could continue running the HCGenerate throughout your PCT as well...

will running HCGenerate through pct help a whole lot more? i dont want the girlfriend to get upset with me during those 4 weeks...ha

yup and it deff wont hurt anything.. thats what i would do atleast!

youl notice some decent strength gains and a bit of size more lean mass. as long as your diet and training is in check.

is there any reason I shouldn't do beastdrol instead of epi?

just depends on your experience level really... if its your first PH cycle then stick with epi and do beast later

ok that's what I thought. i will wait on the beast till a later date haha

hopefully epi will give me the gains I am looking for.

anyone have any advice for me before i start this sucker up here in a few weeks? any experience with an epi cycle that would help me out as far as diet or training? i am new to the PH game...

count your protien intake get 2g of protien per lb of bodyweight and eat clean... make your training more intense than normal, get a good amount of sleep.

no problem bro...

iv done pretty much every needto product there is or has been. all with good results! i have a blog of one i did with epi/diesel/derma...
 
^^^jus to add on to what dr stack is recommending, drink HELLA water. GL on your first cycle brahh!

Yep. Cycle layout looks good. Figure on at least 1.5 gallons of water a day. It may seem like a lot but your body needs it. How many grams of protein are you getting in a day? Seems low looking at your % up there.

Right now I get around 300 but that will increase to around 350 while on cycle...
 
Also, can you guys help me out with the timing of everything for my on cycle compounds? How should I spread everything out during the day?

Oh ok. That should be good. Just seemed low without doing any actual calculations. (Sorry. Lazy) :)

take the PH's 6-8 hours apart for most stable blood levels!
