Hey fellas, we have to make some small changes in the way we are taking orders, and I will explain why. We don't ever want to have a thread cluttered up with where is my pack? What is taking so long? All the stuff that comes with bad inventory management, it's one of the great things about having a website, we can track product down to the individual level, once a batch is made, I enter the number on top of whatever is left from the last one, once it's all gone it is automatically marked out of stock. You will never hear things like we got to big to keep up with demand because we make a point not to sell something we do not have, If you order the last vial of tren at 2a.m. I don't have to be there to mark it out of stock, it happens automatically, so the guy who orders at 2:30a.m. can't order that product, when it's gone it's gone. We try to get better and better all the time, but we have to take certain steps to make sure it does not hurt us as we are getting very busy again, it may be a slight inconvenience for some guys but the abandoned phantom orders can cost us a lot of money.
So from now on do not place an order unless you can pay within 24 hours, that should be plenty of time to make payment and if you can't do it just wait until the day you can pay and place it then. We will be deleting the orders after the 24 hour window from now on anyway so the stock won't be saved if you can't make it in time. I may give a few extra hours if you send me an email but can't do that all the time.
We can't do email orders anymore unless you also place an order on the site for the exact same thing, so the stock is counted on the site, you do not have to create an account to order from us, you can use a guest account so there is no reason to be shy about ordering thru the website. Everything can be fake except the payment info if you would like but when people do it that way, mistakes can happen and the order can get to the fake address by mistake.
We delete all completed orders as soon as we check the tracker and see that the pack did land, we also delete emails either when they are no longer relevant or after 72 hours, whichever comes first.
So things are not changing much, most of that is the same as before other than the payment window, it is necessary for us to provide the best possible service though. Thank you guys so much for your support, we will continue to do anything we need to meet your standards. We always welcome comments and suggestions, especially from the guys who have been regulars on this thread over the last year.
Last reminder, the test c, tne, test p and tne blends are due to land any day now, we will do a promo for guys who have left reviews in the past, we will most likely do two in the same week because of the delay in the raffle over the last few days.
