first cycle problem

On my 5th week of my first test only cycle and it's going great...or so I thought. After finishing my workout this morning I was feeling amazing. No injuries, no problems with diet, good sleep ect. so all was good so far in my cycle.

Long story short, not even an hour after finishing today I stepped on a g damn rusty nail

SOB went right thru my boot and stuck me like a pig. Can hardly walk so squats, deadlift ect are out the window


What are my options here?
Is a tetanus shot going to complicate things?
 
Definitely get the tetanus shot, and recover well. Shouldn't be to terrible long until your back on your feet(nice pun)..

Just heal correct and do your thing.
 
As far as training legs I would just stick with leg extensions, legs curls so you're not putting so much pressure on you foot.
 
bro get a shot and you'll just need to lay off legs as you recover...go with upper body stuff

Tetanus shot should not matter. And there are plenty of alternatives to squat (though not as solid) and deadlift. It should heal pretty fast. Then again I am on 4-5 u of soma a day and I am healing fast all the time... at the 20 week mark...
