Back story
I will start off by saying like an idiot I didn't plan my first cycle at all and did so in very unideal conditions. I was working in Ukraine where you can just buy test over the counter so I figured why not give it a go. So I started off with 500mg of sust tuesday/Friday For the first little bit it was going well I started out at 180lbs with a dad bod about 6 weeks in I hit 200lbs pretty damn lean with 315 bench, 350 squat and 450 deadlift. I unfortunately didn't even think to get some solid pictures. Eventually the Russians hit all the power stations with drones and missiles leaving me without power at this point I said to hell with it better finish my cycle and pct unfortunately my only option for food was going to whatever restaurant's had generators and ended up gaining around 6lbs of body fat back. I'm now in Poland and well pct starts in about a week just in time to get back to Canada where I can actually dial in again and not worry about losing power and heat for weeks at a time.
Current plan
OMAD for the first 2 weeks of pct to hopefully keep insulin sensitivity up
Followed by
Calories: ~2,500 kcal
Protein: ~219 g
Carbs: ~260 g
Fat: ~80 g
Daily for 12 weeks
At the 12 week mark jump up to 3,000kcal rebalancing macros a bit then hopping back on 500mg sust a week keeping it at tuesday/Friday for 15 weeks at week 10 adding 20mg of anavar.
Any changes I should make would be appreciated.
