Planning for pre/during second cycle

Back story
I will start off by saying like an idiot I didn't plan my first cycle at all and did so in very unideal conditions. I was working in Ukraine where you can just buy test over the counter so I figured why not give it a go. So I started off with 500mg of sust tuesday/Friday For the first little bit it was going well I started out at 180lbs with a dad bod about 6 weeks in I hit 200lbs pretty damn lean with 315 bench, 350 squat and 450 deadlift. I unfortunately didn't even think to get some solid pictures. Eventually the Russians hit all the power stations with drones and missiles leaving me without power at this point I said to hell with it better finish my cycle and pct unfortunately my only option for food was going to whatever restaurant's had generators and ended up gaining around 6lbs of body fat back. I'm now in Poland and well pct starts in about a week just in time to get back to Canada where I can actually dial in again and not worry about losing power and heat for weeks at a time.

Current plan
OMAD for the first 2 weeks of pct to hopefully keep insulin sensitivity up
Followed by

Calories: ~2,500 kcal
Protein: ~219 g
Carbs: ~260 g
Fat: ~80 g
Daily for 12 weeks

At the 12 week mark jump up to 3,000kcal rebalancing macros a bit then hopping back on 500mg sust a week keeping it at tuesday/Friday for 15 weeks at week 10 adding 20mg of anavar.

Any changes I should make would be appreciated.

Is it 500mg split Tuesday/Friday?
Or 500mg each day?

We can’t help you with cycle planning from this because we don’t know your current bodyweight trend, training loads, sleep, stress, or how those macros are actually playing out day to day.
Get a proper training and diet log up asap with daily food, bodyweight, lifts, sleep, and recovery so the EVO family can dial this in instead of guessing. 15min of your time to start.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Sorry for what you had to go through, man. It's horrible. In any event I like that you're doing the OMAD. I'm a big believer in that type of eating.

5'10 currently at 206lbs 30yo, I didn't stop training I just lost the ability to track my intake and cook decent meals, and the restaurants there don't hold back when it comes to calories and fats

Bros, everybody screws up their first cycle. Hindsight is always 20-20 and dad bod is not something we want to see. Why don't you get some pictures up and let's see if we can transform you.

those are some good stats. We'd love to see your actual pictures though so we can get a good gauge on your physique. Get that log going.

I would love for you to get a log going. I would love to see how you're structuring your OMAD diet. We have several guys on here, part of the EVO family, who do OMAD.

Nobody is perfect, man. We're all going to make mistakes. Don't be so hard on yourself.

I would love to see what you're eating specifically, with pictures, more than just the macros. That would be cool to see.
