First Day IGF DES

First day using DES today.
Shoulders/Back...
Pinned 50mcg in each shoulder (about half in the front delt half in the side delt) in the parking lot. Then raced in and within 10 minutes had done 4 sets of Military Press, Arnold Press, and Dumbbell press - all to failure....

Did it do anything? Who knows...

Too early to tell for sure...

Nowhere near the pump that I got with the LR3...but that's obviously a different compound...

Anyway, since I only lift three times a week and train two major body parts (for example, today shoulders/back) - I will pin the muscles (DES) pre workout that i want site growth and train them first. So for example, next time its shoulders/back I will pin back with DES (lats) and then workout them first - hit shoulders later...and so on (same goes for chest/legs)...

Now...I have 2 vials of DES and 1 1/2 vial of LR3...this whole madness thing I was going thru with the LR3 inhibiting your natural MGF production I think has something to it...but it depends on you....if you want the pump take the LR3 before (if it inhibits your production so be it...) if you want to take it post take it post...

I'm thinking (and please - your responses would help) since I'm using the DES now...(and we'll see how this works out) I can pin the LR3 at 50mcg at night (only on workout days)...I don't really think the 4 week rule applies to me (I only lift three days a week and am only using it on those days...so I think 6 weeks and I"m good...then come off for 6 and so on)...This way the LR3 has been pinned the same day as the workout - and covers the whole body with its systemic effect.

The two other options are - Post workout (an hour after my CJC/GHRP2 combo or workout because of the whole MGF stuff) or in the morning...the morning might be good because given its so long lasting I'll still get the pump before my workout...even if i workout later in the day or at night...

Anyway, let me know what you think...I'm thinking LR3 pre-bed...just not sure if pinning it around the same time as CJC/GHRP2 will prevent it from working to its fullest capability....
 
bro ive done igf1 got good results...but doing nutrobal mk677 now....nutrobal way better...and no injections needed...like peptides in a bottle...
 
Okay perhaps this article needs a follow up since it is pretty deep. First off Lr3 is the long lasting DES is the fast acting version. So, some experiments show results by using pre and post workout and using on off days. So LR3 is the longer acting systemic version and DES is the more localized version. So MGF is a variant of IGF and ultimately you will have IGF splice into IGF 1ce variant which is MGF that initially triggers hyperplasia ie. Muscle growth. So I think your dose of LR3 pre workout is fine since it's going to last about all day. The problem is you don't want to work on let's say PEG-MGF into your days when your using IGF since IGF has a stronger affinity to bind to the receptor than MGF you will be essentially wasting MGF. So use PEG MGF on off days recovery days. IGF DES can be used locally, bilaterally pre or post as well but remember it's half life is 20-30 mins. Hope this clears some things up.

Should i still pin lr3 post or pre?
I was going to use it pre bed...
 
Nutrolbol is way better than IGF-1??? How so?

Same as what i'm thinking. I'm not knocking SARMS, but if hyperplasia is the ultimate goal than IGF will be more likely to get you there in my opinion. MK677 may be able to provide the sleep, recovery, and fat loss benefits of GH though.

MK677 is actually the only "SARM" i've ever been interested in. i've seen them discussing their runs but no one is doing bloods. so it's pointless.

so note to any mod reading this. if you want someone to test your mk677 and actually have bloods done hit me up

To be honest, I'm not sure. I've never heard that before, but could be. I know some of my buddies run MGF in combination with their LR3, I never have though.

Yeah. I did for about three workouts then ran out of mgf...but in all honesty I'm getting fed up of all this...so many ppl with so many theories...i think regardless of the mgf factor I'm going to pin pre lr3 (25mcg) and des right before workout and 25 lr3 one hour post workout...nothing gives you the pump like lr3
 
I usually start mine at 50mcg split bilaterally then work my way up to 100mcg split. You're right though, the pumps are great, but you should get some pumps with the DES too though. Are you not feeling anything with the DES?

Might just struck with des pre (parking lot...right before bro...what I'd like to do is do out intra muscle during workout)...then lr3 one hour post...most ppl say one hour post will at least let your natty mgf production start...then maybe pin 50 (unless I'm doing the 25 before workout...that's done about a half hour pre workout...so before des)...

That sounds like a good plan. My post inj are usually 45 mins to and hour after just due to the time it takes to get home. Let me know if you follow that protocol and how it works out for you.

Will do. I think they're are so many ways to use this stuff (lr3) you gotta pick for yourself. I used it three times (only lift three times weekly) and all were pre and post. Pre a half hour and post one hour...i think I'm going to continue with that...and try getting the des pinned in workout if i can (after a few warm up sets)....otherwise inn the parking lot it is

No. I just pinned now tho...30mcg bilateral in shoulders...been a while since my workout but I'd rather post then pre bed. From now on pre and post and des as close to workout as possible...
