Hey guys new member dont know the rules about how you all go about things.
Im an aussie who has been going to gym (3-4 times pw)for over a yr ( with a mate who is about to enter his first comp) and ive gained 8kg, ive been eating 5k calories a day , some days i am almost sick from trying to cram so much food in.
Before it is asked yes they are clean calories.
Now i am a little disheartened from not seeing results that i would think id see. I am thinking about starting my first cycle ive done my homework. Looking for some help on where i can get the mats for my first cycle. And what to start on.
