To make a long story short: have had nothing but awesome sauce with PSL placed an order about 1.5 weeks ago , got the shipped with corresponding info. Checked the info says still not picked up. Contacted customer service, said it would be looked into asap. Almost 3 days later crickets and still no update on the shipping end.

Hey fellas, long time no post! I just wanted to chime in and share some feedback on PSL's top-notch customer service and handling of a recent issue, for anyone out there on the fence about giving them a try. I placed an order a couple weeks back and it arrived last Sat. but it was the wrong order. I ended up keeping the items that were shipped (test e) because it's something I would've purchased in the future anyway and reached out to PSL. They got back to me very quickly, apologized, and gave me a voucher for the difference that I ended up overpaying based on what I ordered and ended up receiving. No back and forth, no hassle or problems, they just corrected the issue like any good company would. I placed another order using the voucher they gave me for the correct items and can't wait to receive them for my upcoming cycle.
The moral of the story guys is, definitely fuck with them. Gear quality and Customer Care is on point.

So far, absolute shit communication with them trying to get this resolved.

You are right I do not mean to be blowing the forum up nor should I have. However, people get angry and upset and have human emotions, and I am a customer and did not get what I paid for, bottom line. I have every right to be upset because of that. My posts earlier were not the right way to handle that, I apologize for that and for name calling and yes I could have handled it better but there are legitimate reasons for my frustration. Well I appreciate you stepping forward and owning up and apologizing.. it can be difficult to do that.. I made a mistake last week by misreading someone's post and I myself handle things differently but I did what was right..
Sometimes we have to step back,,recoup and regroup and have a different approach..

Hello. This company told me three days ago they would issue a reship for an order that was never delivered. Tried emailing them directly and am told "will ship soon." Emailed a moderator here and he is suddenly unable to get in touch with anyone who has a clue whats going on. Hey everyone! I know I’m late on this post, and also I’m a newbie to the thread. I wanted to chime in and say that I have used PSL before on my very first cycle. I got simple test E and pinned 12 weeks at 600/week. Went from 170-189 kept gains. Maybe dropped 3lb of water weight. I highly recommend them. I’m about to try one of their premade stacks and will post it when I do. If you want more info or pics to show just pm me.

Tried this place for the first time a week ago. I got my order quick. Its too bad they sent me expired gear thats crystallized in the vials. Horrible first experince. I dont know how they can have such great reviews when they do things like this. Ive already reached out to customer service. Lets see if anything actually gets done. Thanks PSL.

Wow, seriously? It came crystallized? Was it TNE because that might explain it. Otherwise, that’s kind of crazy. At the very least, it’s a good indication that your gear is legit (not saying that it is acceptable).
Ya man. I was stoked because it got here so fast. Literally a week after ordering. Popped open the package amd boom! I see that all of it is expired and crystallized. Joy turned to disappointment so quick. And it was sust. Honestly surprised. I thought PSL was gonna be the one.

Yeah, that’s a bit shady and weird. Interested to see what the PSL reps have to say. Like I said, at the very least, you have a good idea of what is in the vial. I know it sucks, but try boiling it in some water and let it reconstitute.
When product come crystallised that is not our fault.. this can even happen with pharmaceutical prescription grade.. due to the temperature changes during shipping with the altitude changes from the flights whether it's transatlantic or going to different states, the temperature change will affect the product.. that has nothing to do with subpar products.. you are simply going to have to reconstitute the product by heating it up and the parenting hormone will suspend back inside of the host in carrier oil..
If the expiration date is this year do not worry about that because the gear actually does not expire.. that is just something the FDA has implemented back in the 70s that all medications have to put an expiration date on the product although they are good for several years after..
The product is not like it's perishable like produce..the oil is actually good for several years after like I said..
if you do not believe me you can do a Google search on the expiration date with medications and you will have all the answers..
Certain medications like syrups and other sensitive medications are different story but oils and most orals have a shelf life of many many many years after expiration..
The parenting hormone will not denature , degrade or breakdown.. now if we are looking at 10 years that's a different story there may be a slight change..
No worries brother.. even if you did receive the ones that are within the expiration time frame right now, they are still good to go for many years.. these are not perishable items and the expiration date is just something that has been implemented by the FDA, so even the UGL market likes to follow that guideline in order to provide customers with the satisfaction that we care, even though expiration dates are bit exaggerated..

6'2" 260 @22% im far from a dietician. So please take this with a grain of salt. Buuuut, I would take some time and focus on your diet first. Not just focusing on it as in watching your calories, but more of figuring out how your body reacts to certain eating patterns.
I'll give my example to hopefully explain better. Im 6'3" 225 @ 18% BF. I'm personally happy with that look. I can go lower for sure, but with my job, it's verrrrrrry tough to get proper nutrion at good intervals (for people that say you can always do it, if its important, I work 6 to 7 14's doing construction in alaska. I can eat generally healthy throughout the day no problem, but serious cutting is so tough, let alone impractical.). But this winter I was able to really track what i eat, and watch my weight fluctuate, and monitor how I felt. Im a very fortunate person to have a wicked high metabolism. That being said, I found if I was eating 4500-5000 calories on a carb heavy diet, I would lose weight. If I aimed for those same calories on a fat heavy diet, I could maintain/gain a little ( this was with a consistent ~220g protein in a day).
Maybe try to figure out what your body wants, in order to lose the weight you want, before taking any stuff Like that. I never want to worry about counting calories. I'm not a gonna be in any shows. Buuuuuut, having an idea of what you're consuming can greatly help you lose the weight. I prefer this app called pound-a-week when I was really focusing on learning my nutrition better. it's free, and just feel its a little more clear cut than some of the other ones.

Thank you for taking your time to reply means a lot. Well this isn’t my first roller coaster this would be my fourth cycle after quitting cold turkey for 3 years. I’ve done prob the hardest cycles of them all with tren and recieved massive gains... and was about 235 10 % bf at 6’2... I was a machine... I quit for personal and family reasons as the mental drawbacks outweighed the physical I was steaming all the time and was with a person not there for me... so I quit and got away. Since then I put on 30lbs of fat mantained muscle. I did the intermedtant fast lost prob 20lbs put it right back on also lost a good amount of muscle. Came back to a 2900 calorie a day high fats. And nothing.:. Now I’m cutting carbs down to 300 grams and fats high been on my first week and I have to say I’m feeling squishy and like shit...if I had done any of these diets on just test I would be considerably down. I bust my ass twice as hard in Crossfit mixed with weights. And I seem to be not losing the weight. I think m test may be low and metobolic

we have plenty of people using these at low to moderate dosages and EVERYONE is doing just well.. Clen is NOT a highly counterfeited drug, the raws are rather inexpensive.
i started taking lite dose 20mcg increments, every thing i see says increase until you feel sides not exceeding 120 mcg then tapper off. I feel nothing.

A few people on this forum i believe are running it also.
I cant go past 40-60mcg without feeling like im gonna put a hole in the table trying to write my name..

he is basically going off of what he reads that is regurgitated rather compared to experience.. there is no way to get away from the side effects.. there is a way to minimize your experience with them.. this is literally such an inexpensive compound that I don't even think fly by nite Labs would even waste your time counterfeiting.. research companies that purchase raw material make this stuff like it's going out of style with dropper bottles inside of everclear... I was unable to determine based on the results of it's real Var. I could not tell exactly which colors etc...
The purity test was more conclusive, definitely has high amounts of gear, however, knowing which one is still in doubt. Pisses me off that we have to deal with this uncertainty.
My main concern was the PSL EP Oxandrolone sachets are not sealed, the distributor can basically put anything in there. The batch and serial numbers check out, but with unsealed sachets it can be anything in there. Also EP pills all look the same. All white with EP stamp on it. Not trying to bash PSL, but I can't tell if it's real or not.

T3 and Clen pills look alike. I tried the clen i was shaking like a mf for 16 hours unlike t3 which only made me sweat with no stimulation.
Why would we take out the product and put something else in there? Do you want their stand the strategic alliance that we have with EP? Do you understand there is very few authentic distributors? Do you know why some of the satch's are sealed? It depends on what dispensing facility we are using... Some will seal them with a hot iron and some won't, it's just how we've always done things..
They come in a baggie inside a packet.. How would you like them to come. Superglued. Wrapped in tinfoil....

I have nothing but good experience so far with PSL, as far as transaction etc... My only concern, is the only thing I can go by is the G2G from folks in here, that it's real or properly dosed.
With that I'll drop the subject, I know I am annoying, it's the way I am.
I understand people being skeptical with so many out to rip you off but this community is out to help you and everyone. I can tell you PSL is legit! All of us that have used them and many blood test ran prove this. I would recommend running bloodwork yourself but if you don’t want to pay for it, then trust this community.
I think they will give you credit for the bloodwork provided for a future order. Check with Vision.

Not ALL sachets are sealed, it depends on the volume with the order and the warehouse.. Some dispensing facilities have EXACT counts and some need to be manually dispensed (by way of an electronic tablet counting machine), from there they are bagged..
Some are sealed, some are not, some even come inside a plastic baggie that comes inside the sachets because of PRE-COUNTING.. Once the sachets are sealed, you can almost guarantee it will not be opened and available to be reused.. Because they are heated with a flat press.. Try this, take you sachet and place it on your counter top..Cover with with a few layers of paper towels from there place a heated electric iron on top of the seal strip and press until melted..Let it cool, and try and re-open that.. You won' be able to, it renders the sachet used...
It would be an awful lot of trouble to have a shit ton of legit baggies only to fill them with replicas of EP tabs that are fake (the process alone to press tabs with fillers to make fakes would require money), most of all why would a company that has direct access with a network do such a thing?
Relax. Because ibuprofen are white are they fake. Tylenol are white are they fake ..if you buy a generic version and they are white doesnt mean they are fake. aspirin... Any pill that is white out there because it is a certain color especially white doesnt make it fake. Even to think that way is insane.
Thats like buying supplements that come in caps. Because the caps look the same doesnt make them fake.. Do you really think out of all the people on all the different forums, and from all the different counties, city, states , and different countries we provide with great service. We would single you out and give you fake product because they are white. Come on seriously...
