ok so i have questions about gyno..

how u cant notice u got a gyno? [the best sign]
the little rock under ur nipple is the best sign that say u got 100% gyno right?!

this is my first question

second question is
can it be that u got gyno but u cant notice it?![ i mean feel like normal nothing special and suddenly grow a female breast]
i ask that because ppl like Ulisses grew a gyno and im sure he know alot about roids and still got it
can it be that he didnt knew he had gyno and get some?!

If you have a lot of fat/water in the region it can go un-noticed until it has developed into breast tissue. However, you should get signs of irritation and tenderness before irrevesable tissue development. With the case of the bodybuilder you mention it's probably the case of it had developed and he has contractual/economic reasons why he could'nt pull out of the show to have surgery, now he is in off season I would imagine he will adress this surgically.

If you have any extremely high body fat percentage, you might not notice the gynocomestia develop because you will have such a large fat deposit covering the chest already. However, you would have to be morbidly obese. Even if you are over weight, you would be able to notice the gyno because your nipples will have an odd shape. They will also be very sensitive and tender to the touch.

The best way to prevent gyno is to run an AI with every cycle you do (I recommend aromasin from ag-guys.com at 10mg EOD) and get blood work done to make sure your estrogen levels are in the low-normal range.

Always use an AI on cycle in order to prevent gyno, and do so from the first day of the cycle. The problem is that even many of the experienced guys start using AI's only after they start feeling the gyno or other estrogenic side effects comming, and it is obviously much harder to deal with those issues, rather than to prevent them. Hence, remember - it is always best to prevent, not to cure.

it does take a while for the actual gyno to develop but if you are using an AI from day one you should be covered
