Hcg question europharmacies

Hey so the hcg came in but on the package says intramuscular ONLY I thought all hcg could be intramuscular or subcutaneous? Is there something specific on this one that changes that?? And also is this 5000ui vial one time use or can I use it for 30 days straight??
