It's a scam. Spot injecting clenbuterol won't make it burn fat specifically. As soon as you inject something, it is released into the blood stream and transported throughout the body. Clen has the same absorption if you take it orally or inject it. I would just use an oral research chemical form of clen. You can order it from ag-guys.com. Take it orally, make your life easier.

Pretty much same thing as oral clen, however some people claim it helps with on the spot fat burning. Keep in mind it is painful as hell.
That is just not how clen works....or doesn't work for that matter. There are topical products out there for spot reduction of fat. The best one I have used is Yohimflame.
