My name is Nick. I 'm 19 years old. 145lbs. 5ft 6in prolly. Just tryin to learn more about nutrition, and bodybuilding. I'm tryin to put on weight and get ripped. I'll have questions after I spend some time gettin to know the site. Just sayin wassup. I'll get some pictures up soon

Got a question. I am wanting to take a 6-8 week cycle of sustanon, but I need to get as much knowlege under my belt as possible first. 500mgs/week.
So the way I understand this is, your body reacts to the prohormone by basically by producing a bunch of estrogen which floats around in your body, and stopping, or reducing the production of your natural hormones and testosterone(which is why your testes supposedly shrink). And the abundance of estrogen causes your side effects, like acne ect. So thats why you want to take Arimidex, or Aromasin to lower the estrogen production.
Now please correct me if I am wrong. I'm a first timer-rookie. I just want to have my sh#t straight ahead of time(thats why I came to you guys at this site).
So I am gonna take a liver detox, amino acids, and omega-3 3 times a day for the duration of the cycle, and longer. For a PCT I have REVERSITOL. Now my question, is what else can or should I take to lower the side effects and increase results. I am on a strict diet and intense work out routine. But if Aromasin, Arimidex, and Nolvadex are all perctription drugs. How the hell do I get umm? I'm not a female breast cancer patient. I need all the advice I can get. What over the counter anti-estrogen products can I get my hands on? What do you recomend I do to further prepare myself?

You have a ton of Test flowin like the mississip, and you don't want to be screwin that up. Now, I know that is not the answer you want, and I'm sure you really really want to put some mass on. So what I want you to do is PM ME, Russian Star, Future, or Needto for some diet and Workout help! Trust me if you take advance of the Diet and a good workout plan, you will be able to accomplish so much more than if you get on the ole AAS bandwagon at such a premature age.

Agreed from 18-22 ( I think) your natural test. is at its highest it will every be. Save that for when you need it.
 
I think me and Future agree on this one But I would wait till your 24. Either way 18 is too young, and we cannot give you advice on this subject.

From a medical stand point I can state that I absolutely agree with this post.

You should take the time and allow your body to produce it's own hormones at the correct levels before attempting to use anything.

With the proper diet and workouts your body will give you amazing results. There is no need at such a young age to have to become dependent upon aas.

Right I understand all that. But whether I learn it now, 2morrow, or five years from now, I'm still gonna want to learn all about this stuff. So what a better way and place to do that than here from you guys. I mean after all, the only reason I signed up for this website is to ask these exact questions and get a knowlegable response from sumone who knows what they're talking about. I'll be 20 november 3rd so there's nothing wrong with having an adult conversation about this topic. I think the sooner I learn, the less likely I am to do something stupid, or make a big mistake.

So if someone could simply answer my question, I would really appreciate it.

I do not want to hear about learning to learn. IF THAT IS THE CASE You have not mentioned anything about your diet and training which are far more crucial.

Yup I am just gonna echo what everyone else said, and agree that you are still too young. Push your body to its limits first, then when you feel you've maxed out your gains take supplements into consideration.

O.k I realize that I've made a mistake(thanks to you guys, so thanks for pointing that out), but the truth is I have already started this cycle. I did my second shot the day before I posted this thread. The reason I am on this site is to gather useful information. Thanks for helpin out btw. With that said I aknowlege the risk, and effects of doing this. I am gonna finish out this cycle as planned. I know you all disagree with that decision, but after this is over I will take into consideration all of the factors, and will not be doing another cycle for a few years atleast.

I relly dont have the time or motive to explain myself. I am on a good diet to the best of my ability with my financial situation. I dont take suppliments, cause of the cost. I eat apples, love bannanas, lots of eggs, tons of tuna, lots of milk, and chicken breast that I get at wall mart and cook in a pan with water and make chicken salad with. I eat NOTHING other than what I listed. I have done a lot of research on proper ways to lift, good workout rutines, and all of that stuff. actually F-it I'll tell you exactly what I do when I go to the gym 3 times a week.

Add weight each set, and do as many as I can. drop down to warm up weight for burn out, and then a lil lower for superset. weight 1 min between sets except superset and 3 minutes between different exercises

Monday warm up set1 2 3 4 burn out superset
bench press 12-15 reps 12reps 10reps 8reps 6reps 12reps 12-15reps
shoulder press
Flys
dumbell shoulder fly things
tricept pushdowns
abb machine @ 40lbs 5 sets os many as possible. usually 35,35,30,25,25

Wednesday
squats
glute pusher thing
bent rows All of these with the same 15,12,10,8,12,15 rutine
quad leg press thing
hamstring curls
leg lifts and 2min sessons of the elbows down back straight military rutine. x3 or until I cant do it.

Friday (my favorite)
Pull ups 15 12 10 8 then I go to the machine
Lat pull downs
shoulder shruggs
pull backwards machine
Back to shoulder shruggs with dumbells
dumbell curls
Bicept curl machine
abb crunch machine 25 reps x4 @ 40lbs

This is my current workout rutine. it usually takes me atleast 2 1/2 hours on average. then I hit the tanning bed, and take a shower. Scratch my nuts and wipe ass. Play with my balls a little bit.

At any rate, ya so thats what I do. If you have any recomendations, I am very open to new thoughts. Get at me. What do you think I should do different? besides not play with my balls in the shower. LOL! I seriously try my absolute hardest to be on the best diet I can supply myself with. I take Nitrix pills, and sometimes Noexplode before I workout. I was taking these creatine pills, until I ran out. I cant remember what they were called. 2 in the morning 2 before I workout. I am a pretty solid guy. I have been lifting on and off for 5 or 6 years. My step dad was into bodybuilding, and he was always researching that stuff. He used to make me eat tuna, and take protien shakes. So I have some general knowlege that I've accumulated from simply being in his presance. And he always talked about it, so it wasn't hard. But he is not around anymore, and now that I need it the most, I have no one to ask about this stuff. But I used to watch him work out all the time, and he is HUGE!

At any rate, I think I have said enough. I have made my decision, and you know what it is. After this trial period, I will then pull my head out of my ass and do what you've said(wait a few years). But in the mean time, I still think it would be really awsome of you guys to help me out, and give me some advice. I mean you obviously dont have to, but it would make you a new friend! PLEASE I am already on! Just answer my question, and give me some tips, and usefull information so I dont "NOT" do what I should, and end up all f#cked up with bad side effects and stuff. I mean I have my PCT, I am taking a milk thistle, and liver detox/regenerator, I think I would be fine without you guys. But I'm just trying to learn more, and you guys aren't helpin me out here in any way at all.

PLEASE! I am not asking for your left arm. lol. After this I will take 3 or 4 years to research alternatives, supliments, and nutrition.

But if I can't ask you guys, then who do you expect me to turn to?

And if they read the whole thread they prolly wont disagree. I am just a guy in a tight spot, wanting to LEARN some new knowlege. Help your brother out!

Yes I think we would all rather you get good advice. However we all have to hold our selfs to a higher standard. Its like telling my son its ok to snort coke just so long as he does it right and lets me help him do it and not the drug dealers. No what I am saying bro?

see bro.. You need to have a willingness to learn. You want to take steroids because you want to take it to the next level. But at the same time maybe you feel you are doing everything right and steroids are the last peace to the puzzle for you. Its not though trust me. At your age you can take it to a level almost non of us will ever have the chance to do again.

Yong young and now is the time to plant the foundation of good training and diet. tghis foundation will be with you for the rest of your like. if you take steroids now you only weaken that foundation and its going to haunt you later down the road my friend trust me.

bro We both know for a fact you can learn more about diet thats a fact. Also a hell of a lot more about supplemtns. At your age you don't even need sups but like you said you can deff start leanring and I would feel a lot better if you were learning about supplements from us rather then steroids.

There is a but load of sups you could learn more about and start taking. A lot of deit advice you can learn and some good training advice to.

You said you do not have time!!!!!!!!! man everyone has time. You found the time to get online now didn't you. That tells me you got enough time to get online and hang out with all of us at least a few nights a week right. Look we want to be your friends and help you change your life not just give you a cycle and send you on your way... So no matter what I think the best thing you can do is start a log on our forums in the (kill that sh*it gym) forum.. Start tracking your diet and your training and we can all train with you man. Get to know you and help you learn and teak you training and diet.

I say pic a mentor or maybe two max on the forums and learn from them the most. Bro I really hope you stick around and do the right thing. Thanks for dropping by and please let me know what you think.

People have given you their advice. Listen to them man, if Future, Rick, Needto and Angel stepped in and told me not to do something, anything, there's no way in hell I'd still continue with it, these are smart people bro.

I know it's not what you want to hear, but you're 19 and 145 pounds, you should not be on AAS. You should be asking how to get off ASAP without damaging your natural test levels, not continuing to stick yourself and trying to guilt trip us for not helping you. I don't think many people here are going to help you continue your cycle because helping a 19 year old damage their endocrine system is morally wrong to most of us.

I understand your situation bro, I'm 19 too. I was actually going to start a cycle myself a couple months ago and did a hell of a lot more research then you. I got all of my test, PCT, SERMs, and everything lined up I needed for a cycle, but realized I'm not even close to being ready. So rather than ignoring advice and starting the cycle anyways, everyone on this board is helping me improve my diet and training so that when I do start taking test (in my mid 20's) I'll have all my ducks in a row and get the best results I can.

I think if any of us had the choice between having the natural test levels of an 18 year old or free AAS for life we would choose the natural test.
 
I'd listen to what these guys are telling you. You put a hormone in your body you claim to know nothing about. Your body should have elevated levels without the juice. Your gonna kill that luxury off. I ran my first cycle at 24 and I feel that was way too early and I regret it with what I know now.

Your diet sounds really suspect as well seeing how small you are. I'd also be willing to bet your training is equally as thought out. Do yourself a big favor and get them in order.

Were not telling you this to be a prick. We just think it sad what you are doing to your body. You needto do alot less typing and a hell of alot more reading. That's just my 2 cents.
