Gents,
I am looking for a bit of guidance as to how to proceed with my next cycle. First, I will give you a bit of my background, what my goals are, and what I currently have on hand.
I am 47 yo, 5'11", 185lbs, 10% bf. I have worked out seriously, and not so seriously, for the past 27 years. I am currently a dedicated Crossfit athlete and workout 5-6 times a week at my local box early in the morning to begin my day. I have been seriously involved in Crossfit for the past 4 years, the only break I took was a 9 month hiatus as I recovered from acl/mcl replacement surgery due to a skiing accident. In addition to Crossfit I enjoy cycling, road and mountain, but my true passion is skiing.
I have run one aas cycle in the past, test and dbol, and had some serious gains in both strength and weight. While I liked the differences I noticed in my physique I was not crazy about all of the water weight.
I have recently run 2 different peptide cycles, I am just finishing my second. The first was a IGF-1 Lr3 cycle for 50 days. I lost about 1" off my waist and about 3 pounds. I noticed a significant increase in lean muscle and definition. The second cycle, which I am just finishing, has been a 50 day cycle of HGH Frag 176-191 and CJC 1295 with DAC. Once again I lost about 3/4" off my waist and had serious increase in both definition and lean muscle mass. I have enjoyed both of these cycles tremendously. I have about 10 days left of the CJC and was then going to add back in the IGF-1 Lr3 for an additional 50 days to finish this cycle along with the HGH frag. While I have only lost 3 lbs over the course of theses 2 cycles the fat loss and lean muscle mass gains have been amazing.
I became a member of this board while I was researching HGH and thought this is where I would like to spend my time as I really enjoyed the vibe here. I have read a lot of really good stuff and am absorbing it all before I make any decisions on how I continue this journey. I have been very interested in HGH for it's anti aging, muscle recovery, fat loss, and lean muscle building properties.
My goals are increased lean muscle, added strength, better metabolic conditioning, fat loss, and faster recovery times. I do not want to get huge, I want to get get bigger and more defined. I like being able to compete with, and beat, the youngins' at my gym and want to continue to get better at Crossfit. I enjoy Crossfit for the camaraderie, varied style of workouts, olympic lifts, and the sense of competition. I know it is not for everyone but it keeps me motivated and going to the gym, not to mention I look better than I have in years and I am in the best shape of my life. I started Crossfit to help me stay in shape for skiing in the off season and have never left.
As a result of being a member of this board I have 600 iu's of Kefei on the way, thank you Hurricane for your thread. I plan on running hgh for the next year at the minimum and will move to hyges when they are once again manufactured. I also have a 50 day cycle of HGH Frag 176-191 and IGF-1 Lr3 waiting in the wings. I had not planned on purchasing hgh so quickly, I was going to run another peptide cycle, but I read hurricane's thread and one thing lead to another.
As far as my diet goes I have that in check. I eat a lot of lean protein, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. I tend to stay away from grains as I find I feel better when I avoid them, let's just say a good old fashioned case of the bubble guts is avoided when I stay away. I enjoy bread a lot and eat it on occasion, but I pay the price internally when I decide to treat myself.
This has been a somewhat rambling post but I wanted to put it all out there before i posed my questions so you would be able to help guide me. I really appreciate the wealth of knowledge on this board. So my questions, in no articular order are:
1 - Can I run the Kefei and the peptides I currently have together in a cycle?
2 - Should I run my peptide cycle first, then begin the hgh?
3 - Would adding an aas into my hgh cycle help me in attaining my goals, I have read how aas and hgh work well together?
4 - Would it be better to add a SARMS cycle in with my hgh cycle?
I am really excited about my fitness goals going forward. I think I have a good handle on the basics, I just want to fine tune it a bit. Thanks for your time and your guidance.
