Hey Everyone,

I'm new and wanted to say I'm excited to learn and bring my training further. I'm 25 6'1 and 210 lbs. I'm currently at 18% bf after a perma bulk lol. I'm cutting now and doing my research on what to do first and when but just wanted to start posting now and hopefully get some more information while I stare at all the beautiful food I can't have.
 
Well it would appear you've been lurking for a while (as have I). Welcome ... I'm sympathetic to your hunger, as I'm cutting too.

The last thing I want to do is hurt myself or put something in me that could cause damage or that I'm not ready for. From what I have gathered once I get my bf% to where it needs to be I am going to start with test e at 250 e3d. But that is still a ways off.
 
This cut is killing me already I don't want any of my lifts to suffer. I just broke the 1000lb barrier in the beginning of summer and don't want to lose it lol
 
I feel ya brother. Currently cutting and TRYING to keep as much strength as possible.

Welcome! I was in the same boat as yourself, I started lifting 4 years ago (on and off) and my stats were 5'10" at 145lbs... I was small as shit! Then I started a crazy bulk for a while and shot up to 230lbs. The bulk was not a lean one, just more of a lift heavy and eat as much as I could, I am now down to 200lbs around 13%BF and my strength has not really gone down at all. Just get your training in check! You should be more than capable of keeping your 1000+ pound lift and cut at the same time! Cutting has definitely sucked though, I can't eat anything anymore :(
