I’m gonna be doing test E 500mgs a week. Plan is to do it 15 weeks.
Now with dbol. My plan is kickstart 30mgs and then finish with 20mgs. First 4 weeks and last 5 weeks.
Goal is bulking and strength.
My bench is currently STUCK at 315 for 2 reps. And my body weight is at 205. I want to get bigger and I’m 25 years old.
Would this be a good plan or should I swap in something else?
