Can bodybuilders have normal B.P or will it always be higher because of the added muscle mass compared to normal people?

I'm not a doctor but I don't think muscle mass has anything to do with BP.I know certain AAS effect BP.

It's important to keep your cardio consistent because that's what ultimately keeps your BP healthy.

Bodybuilders CAN and SHOULD have normal blood pressure. Don't take high blood pressure lightly. It is a silent killer for bodybuilders. If your blood pressure is high - make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day, watch your sodium intake (don't eliminate) and perform cardio 2-3 times per week.

If those suggestions don't bring your blood pressure down - book an appointment with your doctor and get him to write you a blood pressure script.

High blood pressure is a common side effect of being on steroids. Estrogen will cause it to elevate. If you take proper supports and ancillaries you can keep it normal. AIs like aromasin and organ supports like N2Guard are staples of any cycle.

A smart and healthy bodybuilder will never have problems with BP. Cardio every once in a while will add benefit even when you are bulking. Personally I do cardio 3 times a week after workouts, 20-30 minutes with mid intensity while I bulk, and of course more when I cut. My BP is on point, even though I would be considered overweight if we talk BMI (body mass index).
