my cousin is 16 in high school, can I give him creatine? how bad would it be? afraid of some side effects

Give him food! It sounds funny but at that age, if he can learn how to eat and train properly, he will be set. He will get all the creative and protein he needs from whole foods.

Supplemental creatine is nothing more then the amino acids glycine, arginine, and methionine synthesized together. It is not a hormone and does not require a PCT (post cycle therapy).

He certainly doesn't need creatine at his age, but it wouldn't hurt either.

If you are going to give him creatine - MAKE SURE to give him a pure creatine product, like Ancient Strength from N2bm.com and NOT a creatine/pre-workout blend that is full of stimulants.

Hi guys, what precautions and warning should I know before I decide to take creatine (I'm a college student)? Can I take at least 5g creatine for strength training on a daily basis? Thank you, guys.

I sincerely observe no motivation behind why someone shouldn't opt for creatine, nor do I see any sensible reason for the appearing dread of this compound in the public eye, especially for high school students - I don't want to do my homework because of creatine. It's cheap and safe and for a great many people, it just works well. Get some Creatine Monohydrate and take 5g per day with tons of water. However, there can be deficiency symptoms.
