I would go more on the ba. After all he will now have 300ml of solution if he dilutes to 100mg per ml. So he should have at least 2-3 ml of it in all that to have the desired 2-3% ba.

Yes pharma grade is 0.9ml. But that's in 10ml not 300ml.

Yes kraz I. Realize that. I was referring to his org formula where yes was showing how he scaled up.i was making a comment on that, just the math.. J

Interestingly enough. That original recipe if made with 10 grams powder would have been 41ml of solution when done. And only .8 ml in 40ml is still really low I think. Like u said pharma is .9ml in 10ml. Not 40. I think that recipe maybe needs a little work. I wonder where he got it.
 
I would be interested as well. In a way I hope he scrapes it all, and learns and records every thing, working out the formula before hand. The people on here seem more than helpful.I do not think there was any way to know what he had, glad he asked before it went south in a big way. Also he will have learned to have enough supplies on hand at the start. J

True. He basically treated his recipe like a batch of cookies and said fuck it I'll do a triple. When you kinda have to do more math than that and triple check yourself and account for powder weight displacement and loss. And what your true mg/ml is. All this without really knowing the purity sometimes. There is a lot that goes into it. But its savable.
 
True kraz,, I think if it had all been in the same beaker, and had the mass for reference. And a good idea of what was in the total, he could have. It seemed as if he was doing three batches, and ran out of agents and got confused. Maybe more than one assisting. Home brew is a math mind set, and a life style, and people said you would never use math in real life.... J
I know it must have been frustrating.
I have had my share of mishaps, lost days of work, not to mention the material cost. But the process goes on.
I was wondering if any one is using any chem. software for batch calculations and inventory and cost control?

In industry, inventory cost and availably are closely monitored. Knowing what you have in stock and what formulas that are being planed, you would know right away if the conditions are met and if a scale down or if it is a no go. This does not mean it is only good for large scale productions. Think how a restaurant operates, cost of operation and products, just like in our on home. The gentlemen with the problem in the opening of this thread would have known right away what was possible. Even though I have not brewed any aas, I am well versed in rec. items (past) and in material formulations and productions. I have programs that keep formulas and any necessary items, right down to single use and disposables. Even in small scale use, I feel it is useful, even more so if you tweak the formula. Most have short learning curves. J
 
Even though I am new on here, but to see the proliferation of new sources is somewhat scary. It is good that people question every thing, the introduction of odd or off label products would be way to easy. You see this in the use of research chems. In smoking products in gas station and other small stores. J
 
Hey guys, just curious about homebrewing. I'm trying to brew some tren e and test e. I don't have any equipment whatsoever and do not know any formulas. I'm looking at about 5g of tren and 10g of test powders. Where can I go for some basic equipment/ingredients and formulas?

That was the final straw bro....I just feel defeated at this point. It looked awesome. Was flowing nicely. Then the hose twisted and myself and the floor were covered in it....

Shit that happened to me last week but I caught it before it went completly over but ya I lost like 30ml. Gotta be careful the hose

100ml. Gone. At least I have a few powder sources. I'll share once I have proof they are good to go. This of course will be delayed until I brew my next order

Back to cruising dose. I like letting 19nors do the work. This was an experimental layout front loading the eq and high test in the start then hoping the npp will over come possible myostatin late in the cycle.

Good to see you cleaned it up and got back after it I would have been pretty bent but I'm sure you'll be watching that hose like a hawk from now on you live and learn
 
Haha oil I used won't hold up to that high concentration had to order the other overnight be in today brew try and send tomorrow so you have it for Monday
 
Also I'm sure the reason dudes npp crashed is the bb is to thick and he didn't brew long enough to let it fully mix

Second powder order this week :-) I'll share the best source. First source was nice, but had issues with communication which they did address but lied about how the product would ship and even though it flew through customs it had me very uncomfortable.

How much you ordering at a time
 
First order was 50g was told it would ship as documents....it did not. Shipped as an ammonium polysphate package, this really bothered me as I was told one thing and then I get that delivered.

This other source has blood work showing 3459 levels for 500mgs of test and promises stealth shipping and seven day delivery. A few guys seem very impressed so I did a test order of about 150g.

You'd be annoyed with that shipping as well right? I got it and I was furious, it flew threw customs took about 6 days to get but I was told documents with no hints of chemical origin and it had a chemical company name and a chemical declared. They were real accommodating and had a few things most raw suppliers don't carry but this other guy promises to ship very stealthy and I know a few guys who have received over 500g orders in less than seven days. Plus the bloods on his raws are really spot on.
 
Honestly if it's coming from china they are usally up on how to get it through customs maybe is last document got busted so he had to change it on you last min

I don't even ask how it's going to ship as long as I receive it that's all that matters to me.
My last pack got busted in customs and they reship per it as refinery particulars 1400g of powder just in a sealed chemical bag came right through no issues so I just leave it to them

Also that's pretty good turn around time 7 days. Right now I just ordered 1200g wed paid Thursday got tracking info today will she how this company does my other source is a++ in my book prices are a little higher and shipping a little more but I have my package in 3 days from when money is sent

Yes that would bother me I understand them trying to pass it off as a chemical but they should have told you exactly what they were sending

Do you have a recipie for tne? I've made it and it gave me a little trouble I'd like to see what you have as a starting point
 
6ml BB (30%)
1ml BA (5%)
2ml Guaiacol (10%)
1ml PS80 (5%)
2g TNE
8ml distilled water

Heat then filter solvent and test into vials, then filter in the water

That's one of many. My google search pulls up like 10 recipes and I have no idea what's the best, or the current best. They are all a few years old. Not that suspension is a new thing...

I have never attempted it yet. Gathering up the best recipe first

Iv also never used EO because of the bad things iv heard about it. I could give it a try tho
 
I'm not a huge fan of eo, I'm not sold on it, I'd experiment with water based first but krazi loves himself some eo just use pvdf membranes if you go that route

How many mls can you run through a .2 whatman? Iv been using bottle tops lately, but I'll need whatmans for small experimental suspension batches. And I also prolly won't need 400mls+ of it...

Also, does suspension stay good for a long time? Iv heard it can get bad? Forgive me as suspension is one Aas I have literally never got into
 
For the guy talking about TNE, I'm currently trying to brew it in oil. At 80% EO and the rest GSO(2/20 on ba/bb) TNE will not hold at 55mg/ml. Going to dilute it down to 50mg/ml by adding Guaiacol. Hopefully it holds then. I really didn't want to use guaiacol just because of how harsh it is on filters.

I just brewed winny in oil and had to use 25% Guai I think. 50/50 EO/GSO(will use all eo if I try again. But man, guai is rough on filters. You can't filter anymore than 70 or 80 ml's through pvdf or it starts breaking it down and turning it cloudy. By about 90-100 it's completely eaten through and it won't even hold a vacuum
