Increase testosterone/HGH without Steroids

if your not doing those your not a body builder. everthing starts around those movements.

I cant stress how important they are. if your hurt and must modify or focus on something similar......that's ok too

You guys would be surprised at how many clients come to me and have never done a squat or deadlift and want to become the next 'buff' movie star or MMA fighter.

I'm amazed at all the guys in my gym that stick to cables and machines in hopes to be the next Jay Cutler...lol

Nice article, bro! I really started to put on muscle when I started doing deadlift at least once per week. Back squats I had to cut back on cuz my legs were getting too big haha none of my jeans fit. Any full-body compound movement like back squat, bench or deadlift will keep your metabolism elevated for up to 2 days. So if you're doing power movements 3 times/week your metabolism will be elevated all week basically. Just make sure you never squat and then deadlift the following day! Your posterior chain and back will hate you.

Yep these are certainly the big 3.

The day I had to limit my weight on back squats and deadlifts because of injury was a sad day indeed.

I remember reading an article on this a few years ago.good post here I've noticed the squat one myself

Great article. Those three and the standing barbell press are the four exercises I focus on pretty much year round.
