Increase the pct dose

Hi
I just finish my anavar cycle 60 ed for 6 weeks
And i started my nolva/clomid pct a day after my last pill .
Now I'm in day 4 of the pct and I'm taking nolva 20gm ED and clomid 50 gm ED .
I just wondering if i should increase the dose a little bit like 100 clomid or 40 nolva . And is it alright to increase it after 4 days ?

20mg of Nolvadex per day + 50mg of clomid per day is plenty. I would add HCGenerate ES and N2guard from n2bm.com to your PCT. The mini PCT I recommend after short oral steroid cycles is 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 50-25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Remember that recovery takes time and won't happen over night. Be patient.

There is no need to increase nolva and clomid dosages - they are just fine. However, you definitely need to incorporate into the PCT some n2guard, as your liver will be very stressed after running an oral steroid for 6 weeks.

some guys front load clomid for a week at 100mg/day I mean you can if you want but it's not going to do much more than 50mg/day
