Assist with my second cycle

I realize this might be controversial, so I’ll try to keep it brief

I have been lifting consistently for about three years my diet is very strict, consisting mainly of whole foods my meals typically include salad, olive oil, chicken and rice, and occasionally fish i rarely consume beef, although ground beef is tolerable for me.

I began my first cycle in January 1st For 8 weeks, i ran Primo at 300mg/week D-bol at 40 mg daily I chose not to include testosterone because my source only had Sustanon and Cypionate available, and I was aiming for a short cycle Incase anything went south i can stop immediately
My bloodwork remained within acceptable ranges, and i generally felt great throughout the cycle the only side effect i experienced was nosebleeds during the final three days of using dbol had Nolva and an AI available but did not need to use the AI during the cycle.
During week five, I noticed mild nipple puffiness, which prompted bloodwork. My estradiol level was 43 pg/ml (reference range 10–40), which was only slightly elevated.
I gained 10 kg during the cycle and lost approximately 4 kg of water weight afterward on 3500kcal. I began PCT two days after my final dose at 30mg of Nolva daily for 4 weeks and i got done with pct a couple days ago
I'm 22 6'1ft current weight 74kg my goal was to get stronger and I'm satisfied with the results looking forward to achieve more on my next cycle
I am currently planning a second, lighter cycle starting on june and would appreciate feedback of what should i change

• 200/300 mg NPP
• 200 mg Testosterone Enanthate
• Considering Dianabol as a kickstart at 20 mg for about 20 days, since I still have 42 pops left or replace it with winstrol because i love the dry athletic looks

I wouldn’t bother with kickstarting a cycle with orals its counterproductive it can mess up your health markers/ appetite early on and the point is to be in a building phase as long and healthy as possible.. if you really want to do a oral i would save it for the last weeks of the cycle but thats just me. Good luck bro!

You look good in the pics, the size gain is obvious looking tight and lean!
and dropping 4kg after is exactly what we expect when the water comes off.
But primo and dbol with no test was a messy cycle tbh, and nosebleeds plus nipple puffiness tells us you were riding BP and e2 swings even if the labs looked ok. do you have bloods to share? do in your log please.
Right now we don’t know enough about your baseline recovery and hormones post PCT to tell you if NPP with test e is smart or if you should simplify first.

Before you plan June, start a proper log now with daily calories, bodyweight, training numbers, sleep, BP readings, and your full bloodwork so the EVO family can support the next cycle and keep it cleaner. 15min of your time :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you need to make sure you use Proviron with any nandrolone and you also need to be taking an AI from day one. This will prevent issues.

Bros, if this is what you want to do, nobody on here is going to stop you. You are old enough to do anything; you are a legally adult so I'm not going to give you a hard time. The only thing I recommend is make sure you use AI.

at the end of the day it's up to you. At your age you need to keep your cycle short, go on and come off, and make sure that you are recovering. Make sure you get your blood work done.

you need to be getting blood work before your next cycle. A lot of people make the mistake and they don't get blood work so I'm glad you're definitely getting it and you're seeing about your estrogen levels. Keep in mind that with estrogen it can vary from cycle to cycle and can change as you get older so you have to be on top of that.

At the end of the day if you're going to be using steroids, I would get your sperm frozen, especially if you want to have kids later on. We've seen countless guys your age screw up your reproductive system for life

Proviron and make sure you have caber on hand. I’m not a fan anymore of 19 nots but they definitely have their place.

Why did you think test-c wouldn't work for a short cycle when you went with Primo when they have generally the same half life?
If you want a dry look don't use dbol
It makes me think, that perhaps due to your age and experience, that you may not be as well researched as you think.
