Injection Help !!!

Ok guys i wear my glutes out and today i split my dose into 2 different shots to cut the cc amount in half. I hit my delt and quad. Ok the problem is i cant aspirate good when hitting the delt cause i only got one hand. Has someone found an easier way to do this other than getting the wife to do it? Cause me moving the needle around causes pip. I know its not the gear it me moving it around while trying to aspirate. Any help would be great. Thanks my brothers.
 
Some guys are now saying there is no need to asperate I do myself I get a little shakey when I pin triceps hard to reach I brace my arm to the wall now cuts down on shaking.
 
So why not aspirate? It takes 2 seconds and keeps you from inj into a vein. The other day i aspirated and boy im glad i did. I was ina vein and drew back a good bit of blood. So just curious on why to not do it?

See i would think inj into a vein cant be good. So i just rather be safe than sorry.

I've never got exactly into a vein where it would be pushed right in it.. Not sure. Never had issues. I go deep. Balls deep. Lol.. How you aspirate your delt if you only person lol. Awkward..

If it works for you, great. Ten years into it I've stopped with no issues

Well, if you need an easier option than your wife, a GF could do that.

However, seriously, I understand your problem. In any case, it would be good to have someone who could do it - would make things much easier.
 
I try to aspirate regardless man. Doest take much. Blood flows very easily into a pin. Sometimes it takes nothing at all.
 
I aspirate my delts every time I hit them. Just grab the syringe like you were stabbing something with a daggar - 4 fingers wrapped around and thumb towards top. Then use your thumb to push the plunger up to aspirate. I do it sitting at a table so the elbow of the arm I'm using to do the injection can rest and keep my hand steady. Zero pip and able to aspirate with ease.

Hope this helps - it's worked for years for me.

Honestly, it's bad technique and I don't recommend it but I never aspirate when injecting into deltoids by myself and have never had a problem.

This is the best way to do it. Practice on muscles such as quads where it is easy to aspirate.

its not hard to aspirate when doing shoulders at all. practice makes perfect. can easily be done alone

I never aspirate. You don't say what you are pinning so it is hard to comment... If tren, i still don't aspirate... I add a little test c and shake it up to avoid the tren cough potential.
 
From all the research I've done I have come to the conclusion that aspirating isn't necessary in delts, glutes, or vg. However, I would still aspirate the quads though. Seems like more chances of hitting something in the quads.

Also, someone made a good point... If you're pinning one handed what are the chances that you are holding that needle at the same exact depth the entire time? Pretty slim unless you have neurosurgeon hands. So even aspirating may not give you a true reading if you are going in and out of a vein.

In conclusion, aspirate if you can. I like the peace of mind it gives me when I do. Whatever you're comfortable with.

I've never once been given a shot by a nurse or assistant where they aspirated before injection. They just shove it and shoot away...
