Day #21 Chest tris and shoulders in the gym today strength going up still. Did a 30 min brisk walk on treadmill. This weekend I strayed from my diet nothing bad just a few more carbs than what I have been doing at the begin of the cycle. I guess my body was telling me it needed a few extra carbs before you begin the week but today got back on my normal high protein low carb diet this week. I've been taking my Ai eod but thinking to going back to everyday. It gives me a more dry look but it also makes my joints dry and hurts when I lift heavy. Do y'all think I should just wait till the end of my cycle to dry out more?
