Intro to evo.

Day #21 Chest tris and shoulders in the gym today strength going up still. Did a 30 min brisk walk on treadmill. This weekend I strayed from my diet nothing bad just a few more carbs than what I have been doing at the begin of the cycle. I guess my body was telling me it needed a few extra carbs before you begin the week but today got back on my normal high protein low carb diet this week. I've been taking my Ai eod but thinking to going back to everyday. It gives me a more dry look but it also makes my joints dry and hurts when I lift heavy. Do y'all think I should just wait till the end of my cycle to dry out more?
 
Day# 22 Appetite increasing I smashed six pieces of all meat pizza not just little slices either.

Did 300 burpees instead of 250 to make up for the extra carbs.

Going to increase cardio on lift days to 45 min. Going to up protein intake for lunch and dinner to try and satisfy this bottomless pit my stomach has become.
 
Day #23 worked biceps back and forearms today. Good workout strength still going up. Fast walk on treadmill to burn some excess cals. ( 30 mins). Uped protein intake today. I ate about a pound of chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli for dinner.
 
Here's my diet usually once a week I throw in a high carb day. I have a labor job so I don't get to eat as much during the day. Morning before work I eat protein bar. For lunch I eat 3 cans of tuna fish with the works. Mid afternoon I eat another protein bar. Then after work right before I workout I drank a bcaa shake. Then after I work out I drank a a 2 scoop protein shake. Then for dinner I eat chicken breast and some sort of greens either broccoli or turnip or mixed greens.
 
Day# 24 Put down another 300 burpees. I ended up eating 3 protein bars throughout the day but its protein. Same tuna for lunch. Going to switch diet up a little bit going to try to take some of the protein bars out because the have anywhere from 25 to 50 grams of carbs per bar. Going to replace them with some eggs and canned shredded beef in the morning maybe some chicken breast mid morning lunch keep tuna keep protein bar mid afternoon for the carbs before workout or chicken and brown rice dinner going to stay the same double the meat and greens. Some my muscle have fuel to grow and repair at night.
 
Good job.

It's always a good idea to get as much protein and calories from real food as opposed to supplements and bars.

Weighed myself today I'm down 5lbs don't know why I'm eating alot more this week. I look bigger and leaner in the mirror tho.
 
Day #25 put in a good leg workout changed a few of my exercises to work my legs at different angles. Got on the treadmill for 30 mins. Eat a lil bit more protein through the day. Progress pics will be posted this weekend.

my wife calls it the "douche bag" diet. bu then she doesn't complain when I'm walking around with my shirt off lol
 
Day #28 The usual Chest Tri's and shoulders with 30 mins of treadmill. Strength still greatly increasing. Been eating more protein to lessen the protein shakes but I still have one after my workouts for the extra bcaa's. Just finished one vial only got 9 1ml shots out of it going to have to order another vial to get 10 weeks out of it. So might as well just make it a 12 week cycle.
 
Day #29 changed my diet around 3 boiled eggs for breakfast. 9:00 break at work two chicken breast. For lunch had 3 cans of tuna. Did my burpees 300. Drink a protein shake afterwards. Then for supper I had Roast and carrots raw broccoli and some left over steak. I get up a couple hours after I've been to bed and want something to eat is there anything I can do to help this out?
 
bro keep us posted....you should add some psyllium husk fiber before bed to lower cravings...

Day # 30 Woke up last night with a hard at about 2:30 and it lasted till this morning till about 6:00 and still would not go down. I had to bang the wife before going to work I guess the test is in full swing now. Lol
 
Today at the gym I worked Bi back and forearms the pumps are getting great to where I don't want to finish my sets but I ain't never been no quiter so I just work thru the pain. My meals where still the same as always through out the day 3eggs for breakfast 2 chicken breast about 9 o'clock 3 cans of tuna @ 11 and protein bar about 1:30 before my workout. 2 scoops of protein powder after. I'm going to cheat a lil bit for supper and eat all meat pizza. I usually allow my self one high carb day a week never the same day each week so my body don't get us to it. Put in about 30 min on treadmill.

Almost out of gw got about 2 days left got to order some more tomorrow be with out for a day or so but I think my endurance want drop much.
 
whats your macro base like? I find post workout a carton of egg whites. 4oz oatmeal, tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon blended is an awesome post shake. i try to never use protein powders. try the shake once and you might not go back either. egg whites are way better as a source of protein for many reasons
 
I'm going to try it out bro. I might leave out the the oats tho I try to keep carbs to min. My protein powder only has about 3 grams per serving.
 
you know you can cut while taking in carbs right? its all a balancing act between that and training. cause you want the oats in it lol
 
Yea I want lean gains not to much fat but I have been doing quit of bit cardio. I haven't really gained no weight either. So maybe I do need to add a few carbs in everyday.

My maintenance macros are 345 g of protein 172 g of carbs and 76 g of fats. I have been keeping my protein at about 400 and carbs ive been cycling. I get on high carb day. But on the low carb days it is probably around 100 g or less because I eat alot of greens. My fats I really don't keep up with but I do eat a couple spoons of peanut butter a few days a week just whenever I crave it.
 
Day # 32 hell of a leg day knee not hurting as bad so I put up some good weight today. Still eating good and shedding body fat. Weighed myself at the gym weight has been up and down which don't bother me because I can see the changes in the mirror. Well anyways weighed 235 so up 5lbs from the begining of cycle.
 
Day # 35 Chest, Tri's and shoulders. Killer workout. Strength still going up. Getting stronger every week.Since I uped my protein my muscles are starting to fill out more. My macros are a little of taking in more Fats than I wanted but its mainly from meats so I guess it's alright what's yalls opions. Macros for the day. Protein 262g carbs 132g Fats 111g. Probably get about 40 more grams of protein before bed.

Day#36 finally started back on gw again been out for a couple of days. Today did lil cardio. 200 hundred burbees at a steady pace. Then 5 sets of 20 as fast as I could with about 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
 
Day # 37 Bi back and forearms. Good workout. Hella pumps. Arms looking like road maps. Weight staying at 235. Thinking of up carbs . 30 min fast walk in treadmill.
 
Day # 38 another burpes day. I love this Gw I don't tire out. 200 straight then sets of 20 till I reach 100. Macros were Protein 430 g protein shake not included Fats 168 g and Carbs 92 g. Still burning fat and building muscle. Should have took some measurements before I started.
 
My body runs better plus all my gains are lean gains bro. I bump them up during the winter when I bulk up but not much maybe to 250.

why 100? i can still lean up on 4-500g carbs a day if its clean and I'm training properly. its very person subjective imo
That's pretty rare dude. I'd say bellow 150. also carbs are not essential in your doet. The lower the better.

If your bulking that's different.

I'm still burning fat so that's good. I haven't gained no weight this cycle has been more of a recomp but I do look bigger and hella lot more tone.

I know its my first injectable cycle but I'm seriously thinking about getting another vail and extending it to 14 weeks. I've done a couple prohormone cycles and I don't think that I will have any problem getting my body back to normal after 14 weeks.
 
Day # 43 10 sets of 20 burpees as fast as I could with 30 second rest in between sets. Macros Protein 411g Carbs 71g and Fats 113g.
 
Day # 44 hit Bi's Back and forearms. Good workout. Good pumps. Hit treadmill afterwards @ 4.2 mph at 10.5 incline for 30 min. macros Protein 335g Carbs 65g and Fats 89g.

This is what I ate yesterday bro Breakfast 4 scrambled Eggs and 3 saugage patties. My 9:30 break I eat 3 boiled eggs. Lunch 3 cans of tuna fish salad and a premeir protein bar. my 1:30 break is 2 chicken breast. Diner was Hormel chicken breast and gravy ( chicken breasts) and a hormel pork roast in au jus sauce 3 servings. Plus 2 cups of raw veggies with creamy spinac dip. I also had two protein shakes post workout.
 
Day # 46 leg day. 30 mins of cardio.Macro were Protein 306g Carbs 150g and Fats 57g. Carbs were high because I cheated tonight and ate a sweet potato which has about 90 g of carbs.
 
Day# 47 Restday Macros for the day Protein 355g Carbs 52g and Fats 76 g.

Day# 48 Rest day Macros Protein 326 Carbs 91g and Fats 118g.
 
Day # 49 It gets better everyweek. Did Chest Tri's and shoulders. Plus 30 min on treadmill. Weight was 234 lbs. Macros for the day Protein 348g Carbs 100g and Fats 117g. I'm seriously thinking about extending cycle to 12 or 14 weeks. What's yalls opions.
 
Day# 51 Bi Back and forearms strength about the same but I haven't felt to good came down with a cold but still awesome pumps throughout the whole workout. 30 min on treadmill. Macros were Protein 361 g Carbs 42g and Fats 79g.
 
Day # 53 leg day strength still progressing on all my lifts. 30 min on treadmill. Macros for the day Protein 356g Carbs 80g and Fats 100g.

Bro I use my fitness app. It helps out it keeps up with my macros for me. Just stay away from breads and white potatoes. For carbs it plenty of grean vegetables because there low in carbs. Eat plenty of protein through out the day because its a bitch trying to get all of it in at the end of the day. Tuna fish and chicken loaded with protein. Beef is two plus you get your good Fats out of the red meat.
 
You going to log your test/tren cycle. I've been wanting to run tren but only as last resort when I can't get gains from nothing else.

Yes I am ill have a log of what I eat gonna stick to the same basic plan everyday the daily macros, sides, and maybe update how my weights move every other week or so
