Just my $.02....I may be one of those that does not like your style...I've seen several labs come here, follow protocol, process and procedure and still end up being shit and scammers. You come here and basically start barking orders on how to do business with you...not a good way to start broski. Most here are very seasoned & professional and know how to do this. Yes, there will always be noobies and rookies that need a little more hand holding, but to assume we are all like that is simply bad form. There has been a rash of labs gone bad recently so we may be a bit sensitive...by paying attention to the atmosphere, attitude and culture here you could have picked up on that pretty easily. Also, I know for a fact that the leadership here is pretty easy to get in touch with via email, PM or just a post with "Hey can we chat?". They will always be "member focused". As a potential source I would have suggested a little more tact and humility coming here looking for our support. Good luck, you will need to wear your cup for awhile.

Yeah, we all started out as noobs at one point or another... Bad taste to talk shit about them. Im sure I still ask too many questions sometimes but a lab that will take time to answer and not get shitty about it means a lot.. I don't care how good your gear or prices are, if I don't get service with a smile, your not getting my money
 
Pics of a labs finished product is important because:
1. it shows your product actually exists
2. if the pics are from a customer buying it that proves your product exists, and someone actually bought and you delivered.

What everyone is seeing at this point is someone who has showed up here out of the blue and posted links to other boards threads. Anyone can come on here, register a name and do that. Im not saying you are specifically doing that but in the business world you have to have credibility especially from the beginning when you are trying to get business. You may have the best product in the world but if your storefront and message is for shit then you arent getting a lot of business. Refusing to show your product to prospective buyers is a surefire way of not getting alot of business either.
A link to a thread means nothing as the material is dated. You posting current pics of your gear with maybe a post it note with the date on it would be much more credible to start with.

If you want to accept untrustworthy gear from someone you don't know or trust then I guess be my guest. I advise against it. I leave it to you.
 
I think striated was a valuable lesson. I wouldn't get sucked in by the offer of free gear. I would advise extreme caution when ordering from a newer source.
