I saw on ebay they are selling M5 Reloaded for a cheap price like 50% off but it says it's expired. Is it ok to use m5 if it's expired?

This, and it also depends on the conditions it has been stored in. If it was stored in a dry and cool place, with no sun light, it should be fine withing the time frames mentioned by @gearhead.
Supplements don't really expire. They just loose potency. If the expiration date is within less then a year the product will be pretty much identical to a non-expired version.
How it was stored, out of sunlight, cool dry place etc. actually has a lot more to do on how much potency remains in the product then the actual expiration date.

that would depend on how long it has been expired and how it was handled .I wouldnt chance it

Definitely find out how long it's been since it expired. If its within a year you probably be ok. Then it starts to lose its potency
