Mass first cycle advice

Yes someone can use aas when dieting to lose bf. It's called pre-contest. But if you're trying to get the most gains possible you need to eat and you probably will gain a little bf and that's fine but if you're already fat then you're going to look like shit. Your best bet would be to drop some weight firstm

First off I would like to say welcome aboard. Meathead's post is pretty spot on you need to drop some body fat before starting a cycle. SARMS will help aid in that but the main, and I mean the main thing that is going to drop that fat from the gut and all over BF% is to clean up your diet (no more beer if you must though 1-2 a week! That’s right ;)) and start doing cardio today. You need to lift weights and do some intense exercise but cardio is a must to drop your BF% down to a level where you can look at your base and say "okay, I'm ready for a Test cycle." Now don't think that you are going to get up today or tomorrow and run five miles - start easy and work your way up. I suggest jogging, walking, riding a bike, swimming, jumping rope, climbing stairs, take a kick boxing class - you see where I'm going hopefully. Do this first - and with SARMS they will aid in helping you lose some fat and put on lean body muscle.
Thanks for the advice

One good thing that AAS (i'm speaking about using testosterone from my experience) will do or more specifically ALLOW you to do is cut fat while and at the very least maintain(if not gain) lean body mass at the same time. Generally speaking when you cut weight by cutting calories etc you usually must sacrifice LBM to do so. However TEST in my experience anyway has helped me do this. As others have stated your diet and workout routine will be what determine your results. So there are alot of bodyfat Nazis that say if your not 15 percent bf or less using AAS will not help are IMO are wrong. When I started TRT 200mg a week. I added about 20 lbs of LBM and lost fat. To put it quite simply my muscles got bigger and my waist got smaller. However I have been training for 20 plus years so I know how to eat and lift. The Test created an anabolic environment where things could happen faster but the test didn't do it for me. I had to do it.

Question from a newbie here....I can understand if a guy is 30% bf and has a shitty ass diet.
BUT.....

IF he does bloods and most of his levels are within range why cant HE NOT CYCLE? Yes he should shed bf but if he cuts and works his fukn ass off than AAS would only give motivation to work even harder. Not everyone getting on AAS is 10% bf. Ive read MANY great stories of guys who were above on their bf and AAS changed their life around for the better.
Im not saying take 400 supplements and spend 1000 on WHAT they feel can shed weight.
Id say make sure you are all good w your bloods and go for it...again not if your WAY overweight but if your above average than go for it.
And no need to throw out fat = bp rises w AAS I know this but im talking in general.

Great theory but you're making many, many assumptions that someone who is already in shape, on a good lifting program with a descent diet we wouldn't have to. Bottom line is statistically speaking someone who already has all their T's crossed and I's dotted will stick to a program where as someone who comes in fat, poor diet and who knows how long their lifting history is, will fail and go back to their old ways. So sure your theory maybe right 5-10% of the time...prolly even less. So why even offer it up...cause u a noob lol,

Ive seen many guys not on here w high bf and aas had dramatically changed their look.
Jus saying....oh wait you have to be 200lbs to start LOL.

How many of those guys were just "fat" b/c they bulked a bit much and already had a solid base of muscle and knowledge of good nutrition? I believe everything I read on the internet to Pockets ;)

Exactly. How many guys have you seen that start lifting and then begin juicing because their impatient for results? They do a cycle and make good progress only to finish up and lose motivation since they no longer have that boost and lose all they gained. Just a bad idea if you don't have the desire to eat and train properly when natural.

5-10% of the time I agree. There are people out there with unbelievably good- good genetics seems to reason the opposite is true really shitty to bad genetics and everything they do doesn't help. I did a case study in nursing school bashing the bmi chart and everything it stood for. Some guys in England took a few hundred fat people ALL METABOLICALLY STABLE (normal BP cholesterol and insulin sensitivity) they put them on diets and they lost at least 5lbs some more. At the end about 80% of the heathy obese people were now "healthier" but their BP cholesterol we horrible and some were even pre diabetic after losing weight. Just an interesting read I will try and find the specific article.
