Second cycle advice

I wouldn't be so concerned with exactly how many calories you're getting. I would be more concerned about the quality of calories. You're getting
 
Your second cycle is actually the most important cycle of all in my opinion.

So it's important to have your training and your diet on point before you get on.
 
I did mate and when I finalise the details of the cycle I will create one.

And yes 500mg test 40mg tbol pw
you should do a pre cycle log to plan the cycle bro , you dont need to finalize outside the log
inside the log would be easier to follow and for you to plan @Newbgains
 
Honestly I would just run 500/wk test.
EQ at 100mg/wk is pretty much useless.
Run the anadrol when lifts stall later in the cycle.
