I thought I read a while ago that some of Arnold's generation of BBers were taking the natural form of GH extracted from cadavers. I remember it said something about how dangerous it was, because you had to just wait and see if you contracted this horrible brain disease related to mad cow (there was no test for it). I don't think it said Arnold himself used it, just that some guys of that era did.

My fiancée got real sick for 6 months, so I quit training for about 7 months. I lost 20 lbs, I hope to get back up there again. I been hitting: deca, test, and slin. I just started training again about 3 weeks ago. I'll be ready!

bro good luck. i'm in the middle of testing and trying to move up the "clinical ladder". Once i've got a stable schedule again and the fam heads out your way...i'm coming to train with you!! Need the secrets to dem arms bro...swole as hell!!

Cool...is nice to get back in the game again after being gone awhile. What is your take on muscle memory? All I know is every time I have have taken an extended leave....I AM A BELIEVER.....ha

Um, the best gains I evet obtained were after extended period of time off. Thank God for muscle memory.
 
lol..maybe not 20's but 19's would look good on my frame. got 17.5-17.75 now.

I have so many techniques and secrets for building size and getting in shape. I have not divulged a sixteenth of what I know on this forum. I made a thread on Elite that lasted a year, it is comprehensive.

25-50 mcgs is all a person needs. Very good.
Ledhead....do you ever get nervous about T3 being catabolic? I know while useing AAS it is not as much of a concern but clen, from what I have researched, does not seem to be near as much a threat to muscle lose.

Not at all...it's just like anything else, eating once a day is also catabolic. The problem people have when using T3 is that they take too much for an extended period of time, consequently, they end up in a constant catabolic state, which they burn more muscle than fat. T3 actually increases protein synthesis, when dosed correctly. I love it...
 
Looks as though I will be chasing after a set of Kevin Levrone "CAPS" to set things off. Shoulders r responding well to training, THK GOD! This has truly been enlightening to say the least!

LMAO! Kinda. I call myself a junkie but I do 2-3 small cycles a year or one really long 5-6 monther. I was a rep before so I had s4 and that transdermal was a freebie so I could log it for the Evo community. I also had some masteron left over so I may as well use it. Stopped the transdermal now so it's just adrol/ mast/ test/ s4 at the moment

What i know it's that if i want something really bad i do everything in my power to get it . When i prep for show i know i WANT to get on stage as shredded as i can be ....but sometimes things go wrong for different reasons : this pic is an example of just that , it was taken 15 days before the IFBB european championship in Spain in 2013. I was 85kg in the pic , my trainer ( Patrick Tuor ) wanted me to enter the -80kg cathegory . I was sure to enter the +80kg but shit he had me losing 5kg in 2 weeks ( fish and water....no shit ) so i got to Spain walking like a zombie , flat as a pancake and ended up on 5° place weighing 79.5 kilos .

Started quite late actually , i think i was 38-39 . I played different sports all my life but one day ( i was living in Berlin , Deutchland ) a friend took me to the gym where he trained and bam ! I was hooked . I started competing in 2010 at the age of 54 , one year later i won the WABBA worlds . Have done 10 shows since 2010

I'm about the same 220# 10% bf almost sub. I'm close. I kinda hurt my bicep so it slowed me down a little next update is Monday.

I seem to remember you are wayy tall. How tall are you? Are you eating BIG or keeping calories low to get sub 10%? Its always interesting to see what is working for different people and what their statergies are while on TREN

EDIT: yeah I fucked my lower back up last night doing who the hell knows what. I woke up all stiff. i am tempted to go to the doctor to get a muscle relaxer.

Well, lol. I don't really diet. But I was eating big now I'm gonna resrrtict cals till end of contest to shrd up. But I'm lucky I drop bf quick. I'm a lean person

My wife snapped these photos at the gym last weekend after I completed my 5th Wave of 5/3/1 training. I was a bloated 243 lbs just 8 short months ago and I'm currently holding at 210lbs. I'm 6'2" and 44 years of age.

But for the next four weeks I'm going to be eating all my proteins during the day and then at night eating only a salad and steamed veggies and pretty much go to bed hungry lol. But, my cycle actually goes a month past the contest. So I'll keep trying to add wait after the contest is over and I'll keep logging it.

So when you were in bulking phase, roughly how many carb grams a day were you eating as opposed to now that you are trying to cut up? The same...less? Sorry....for all the questions...I just love to follow transformation posts.
 
I started TRT with my physician just over 9 months ago due to extremely low natural T levels. I'm on it for life at this point.

I did run a 12 week blast of 400mg Test Cyp/400mg of EQ for 12 weeks, and added 400mg of Masteron for weeks 7-12. That was almost 8 weeks ago and I'm currently just on my standard TRT dose.

I will be putting together another blast soon that I plan on running in mid-summer.

I always try to stay around 300 grams a day carbs. And 200+ on protein when bulking. But I'm not much of a carb eater. I have to force myself. But really I was kinda eating everything and anything. Now I'm super strict till the end to drop the last few %'s of bf

Me either. Good thing I only need to do it for three. Lol. Now that I'm 40 I find I have to watch the junk I eat. Before I cud eat anything I wanted and not notice a diff.
