Leg day, everyday brother. I lift 4 days a week, when BBing, and I try and hit Hams, Quads or Calves with at least one lift each day or a superset.
Now when I'm purely strength training I may do and Upper/Lower split

Like here was my lifts today

Standing, paused Over head press 4 sets, 13-15 reps to failure, 60sec rest
Weighed dips, superset with diamond pushups, 4 sets, 13-15 reps to failure, 60 sec rest
Hack squats (Platz style) superset single leg press, 4 sets, 13-15 reps to failure, 60 sec rest
Standing AB wheel 4 sets, 13-15 reps to failure
1 set static hold L-sit (Using dip bar) I did 30secs.
^ just an example of one of my lift days. Done in 45-55min max.
 
Good shit just maybe even out the calf ratio to thigh but damm bro nice vascu

Easier said than done brother. My calves have been a work in progress for yrs...I train them, a lot they are just sloooooow responders. Having said that they are bigger than most ppls. The pic doesn't do them just.

People screw around with t3 unnecessarily. You don't need it just do extra cardio. It's not worth the risk unless you were a top competitor and even then I only used it as a last resort. You have to be smart about all this or you will end up screwing your self permanently.
 
I have a friend who ran a low dose of t3 and it melted the fat off of him. I don't have nearly as much fat on me as he did, but I'm just gonna do 25mcg/day for a bit and never exceed 50mcg/day. There are risks with everything we use, from AAS to peptides to t3, but using them responsibly minimizes those risks

Yes there are risks to everything but imo using t3 for someone in your position is a totally unnecessary one. You could get hard by dieting and some cardio. T3 is the lazy way but if that's the way you want to go it's your choice. I only used t3 one time in 9 years of competition and that was just the last two weeks beforehand. Sorry but ii think using t3 for you is really not necessary. Actually I think using t3 outside of competition is rediculous. Just my opinion.

seated calf raise 4 plates barely gets them noticeable lol keep up the work bro

I do calf raises at the smith rack. With this little stand. U put the balls of your feet on it and u go negative to positive. I do that with 350 385 & 405# it works great. Altho I already had muscular calves to begin with.

Krazy...how much Tren were you running again? What would you say was your biggest CHANGE with AAS (Tren)? I mean, were did you see the most results? Muscle mass, BF loss?

600 mg of tren e a week plus tren no ester 50mg a day pre workout. Plus 600 mg eq a week and cypionate 400mg a week.

More mad than bf loss. I dropped 4% bf but gained 20#

Mass not mad. Lol. Well that too. I probly won't run tren for a while. It made me really aggressive. Didn't like that too much. Next run is going to be masteron eq and sustanon with a test no ester pwo

Yeah I saw the pic and did some reading. I think that's the way he did it. I think he was only 5'4" though

It's my understanding that, that particular bulk they "the people doing the photo shoot and mag article wanted him go "extreme"...and boy Lee Priest Knows Extreme lol!!!
