Since starting masteron I'm weighing about 196 in the AM completely empty so it's nice to be drier

Definatly. As long as u watch the water gain and refers bloating. So hard to get rid ofYes for sure. Perhaps I'm even 9% now. Totally possible but it's likely water as I've been on GW so I wouldn't expect to put on fat right now. Considering it's hard to put it on normally. But i have been eating more cals than normal so who knows. I would mind a 1% increase if I put on some lean weight with it.

Ya a while back I was running a lot of tren and test and masteron. And I bulked up a bunch but was fighting some bad bloating and water gain. Took me a few weeks to get rid of it.
Not saying he doesn't look great but a while back is abs were way more shredded. I remember cause I was pissed. Lol.
Yes AI do help w water gain and what not but some chemicals do still get to you here and there.

I think you look Great Jack. But I do have a question for Krazie. What did you mean exactly by the water weight is hard to get rid of? I mean, my thinking is take more of an AI, clean up diet and water is gone. Have you had a different experience?

I've put on 15 lbs this year with no fat gain. I know my body fat is high for most of you but it's my sweet spot. I've been able to grow in weight and strength at a very constant rate this year. It's never been my goal to be super lean anyway. Always wanted size. 6'1" 225. I'm guessing around 20% bf.

Me too bro. Recently, I just started about a month ago volume training and time under tension technique. And I have been working chest every day even on non chest days in some way or another and I have seen good gains. I have gained about 2" on my chest in the last couple months. You really gotta beat up the lagging areas.Thanks bro. I've always had a decent press, but chest has always been one of the hardest things for me to build size on.
