Just for the hell of it, miss being on cycle. Well this is what I am doing in prep. Keepin diet tight, deads and focus is still on legs/calves. Working on forearms as well. Hoping to start 2nd cycle soon.

Your post is music to my ears Brother. Ooh it's me ok. You have a good memory my man. See, and I'm still not happy with my progress! If it was not for the pics I have taken along the way, I'd think I haven't made any progress! LOL
 
Thanks JDiz! Everyone on here is doing awesome! I'm loving being apart of this forum, not only because of all of the free insight and knowledge but also being able to watch other gym rats(whom are honest about what they are doing) grow. It's great motivation!
 
Bro been working three jobs and I still hit three times a day at least. I just have way too much energy I swear.

I'm on the nooby test 500 plan right now. Don't think I'll be looking like kid after 1 cycle of test! Which is why I was say maybe I'll inch closer over summer when I can add another compound or something for cycle 2 :)
 
Well 2014 started with me breaking my record for finishing a century and then I started seriously trying to cut up. Now I see 2014 was awesome but I have my whole life to get better. Swole muscles > bad habits!

Slow and steady gains my friend. Nothing happens over night. The dudes who gain it all fast loose it just as fast after.

Solid advice. Thank you. I can't wait till I get back from work in 2 weeks. Gonna run bloods again and see just how high my levels are. Then I'll finally start my abreviated test log (none of that typical "today I gained .376 ounces and benched 2 more lbs" showing month/month progress and post a pic up in the thread : )

One other thing. Always take pics along your journey. Many times you will look in the mirror and you will have days where you just feel like you are getting no where.
It's a mind fuck thing. Don't ask me why? But that's when you whip out a pic from a year ago and you have solid proof that you are indeed making progress.
It's the same thing about how you look the same to yourself all these years. but then you look at a pic of yourself 10 yrs ago, and you have changed drastically!

After not Working Out since Late May this Year, when I Fractured my T-4 & T-6 Vertebrae.
And also having a Very Bad Case of Tendonitis & Nerve Impingement of my Right Elbow....................................... JP
P.S.
Lots of Work to do to get where I was when I got Injured.

I can't wait to start cutting. Get rid of this extra bf and water weight :/ I put on some good size on my legs this last cycle though so I was happy about that.
 
I feel you bro. Im doing legs twice a week trying to make then as big as possible. No one ever said "bro your legs are too big" lol
