My diet was so freaking simple, I tried to be cool with it and make new things, but by the time I made it all and got it ready I was more annoyed than anything. Plus I quickly realized how expensive eating like that was going to be, so I adapted to a plain Jane diet.
I'd wake up every morning, get a big pot of water boiling and cook two boxes of protein plus pasta like 70g protein, 275g carbs and ??g of fat. I don't remember off the top of my head, then I would cook about a lb of chicken. While flig that I was drinking my egg whites and drink some coffee. I'd then put it in rubber ware and use two bottles of Italian dressing on all of it. i just put all of the pasta in a big bowl and drowned it in Italian dressing, it was such a mind game with the pasta.. It was so much fucking pasta, there were many days that I didn't get it all down. I carried it around and my water all day, the chicken was easy to get down, as you can tell I love Italian dressing, so it was pretty yummy to me.
Probably about 4/7 days I got everything down 3/7 I'd give up and eat some potatoes and steak or sometimes is just say fuck it and eat like shit for a meal just to get the cals. I aimed for 250g fat, 300g protein and 600g carbs, around 5500-600 cals.
My cycle was 150mg tren ace/150mg test p eod for weeks 1-8 and then the last 4 I increased my test to 250mg.
None of my clothes fit, I had to buy new everything. It was definitely a sweet cycle and my body reacted well to it, I can't wait for another! Just need to find a new guy due to me moving to a U.S. Territory for military reasons.
