Multivitamins is not a thing that will make you grow and recover. Its the diet, resting and training.

Multivitamins just fill the gaps of microelements of your dieting. Dont know how you are supposed to feel growth out of them

You want to take a full spectrum multi vitamin and mineral formula that contains all the trace vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Vitamin C is just one of the daily vitamins required by the body.

I recommend ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It contains all the vitamins and minerals needed by the body. Take one serving per day.

While a good multi-vitamin is an essential part of one's supplement stack, you should not expect to notice any changes in terms of recovery or muscle growth from them. As @jay as well outlined, they are meant to fill in the gaps in your micro-nutrient consumption - no more, no less than that. A proper diet would be extremely helpful for you in this regard. When it comes to multivitamins, which are still needed, I prefer Ruthless 3D - I really like its ingredient list, and the fact that it has chelated forms of micronutrients - the one with the best absorbtion rates.

I like orange triad, but you might be expecting a little too much from a multi. If you want better recovery and growth from a supplement than you'll want to go with some bcaa's, glutamine, maybe a karbolyn type powder or dextrose. Focus on eating a whole food diet and getting rest!
