My First Log - Test / Primo / NPP Cycle

Hey everyone. This is my first log so hopefully I am doing this right. I plan to run a cycle of Test C / Primo, with an optional addition of NPP.

My current stats:
  • 5' 10", 184 lbs. Bodyfat at approx. 14%
  • Age 51
  • Have trained for over 15 years, with some pauses in between (haven't missed a workout in the last 2 years)
  • Been on TRT for a little over a year - 120mg/week over 3 shots. Currently doing IM injections.
  • High aromatizer - e2 hovers in the 60s even on 120mg/wk (Total test around 950). I handle higher e2 well though - no sides.
  • This will be my first larger cycle - first was TRT dose test with 30mg of Anavar per day, scheduled for 10 weeks. Cut short at 6 weeks because the Var spiked my ALT higher than I expected (122 u/l). ALT recovered quickly, however, and hovers around 21 currently.
My goal:
To put on 6-10 lbs of muscle over the next 16 weeks with as little body fat increase as possible.

My plan:
  • Get baseline bloods done on Oct 6 - right before first injection of a weekly dose of 400mg Test c / 200mg Primo, done over 3 shots a week
  • Continue training like always but with additional sets per body part - 3 days of full body weight training (1.5 - 2 hrs) with 3-4 days of cardio on a recumbent bike (45 minutes in target range of 120-130 bps)
  • Eat clean at a slight surplus (200-300 cals above maintenance). Protein intake at about 200g a day.
  • At week 6 get labs, specifically to see how primo is affecting my e2. Adjust either test or primo based on those numbers. Where my e2 sits will determine if I go on NPP. My intent for this cycle was to use primo to get my e2 to a manageable level (as well as provide additional anabolism) before adding something like NPP, which is known for spiking prolactin if e2 is too high. I was not going to go too crazy with the NPP, adding 200mg/wk. I also heard that having a DHT derivative like Primo in the mix can help with some of the NPP mental sides.
  • Continue the cycle for 16 total weeks (if NPP is in the mix it would be 10 week of NPP, 16 weeks of Test/Primo)
  • Get bloods at the end of the cycle.
Supplements:
  • Omega 3s
  • Citrus Bergamot
  • Vit D with K
  • NAC (not sure if this is necessary)
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Zinc
Medications on Hand:
  • Caber (if prolactin is in issue)
  • Aromasin
  • Losartan

That's it! Any critique or suggestions are appreciated. I am starting at a 2:1 ratio of Test / Primo because I am concerned about crashing my e2. My hope is that I can titrate the Primo higher so it is effective for more than just e2 control. My Test, Primo, and NPP are all from Dragon Pharma purchased on UGFreak.

Solid first log, the plan looks well thought out with bloodwork scheduled before and during, plus you’ve got the ancillaries on hand if anything shifts. Test and primo together at that ratio is a good starting point, and you’ll know quick from the labs if you can bump the primo higher or if NPP fits in without messing with e2 and prolactin. Training volume and diet setup are spot on for a clean lean gain.

You should throw up some pics too, just blur the face. It helps a lot when people can see your starting point, and you’ll be glad you have them later to compare when you’ve added that 6–10 lbs of quality size. We need to see your base to know where you're at starting this. :D

Primo is a waste of money

Keep the cycle simple and use compounds that have low side effects

Testosterone enanthate
Boldenone undecylenate
Drostanolone Enanthate
Tbol
Hgh
Hey jersey shore I’m always curious about these compounds together used both in the past but never together!!

I don’t want to cause low E

But something like 500 test 300 mast and 200 bold would be plenty

Or even 500/200/200?

How do you like to run them etc ?

Welcome to the EVO family brother!!!

PIP is a myth unless your gear has some nasty shit in it, otherwise it's no different than minor DOMS and shouldn't bother you. My 200mg/ml Primo from Nordic Fusion (a trusted source on here) never gave me any bothersome pip no matter what I was using.

That was a great first post and everything looks ready to go.

Photos help a lot, even with blurs, since seeing posture and muscle shape gives real feedback on how you’re progressing. If tattoos make it tricky, just crop or blur those spots, no one needs to see your face or identifying marks. Even basic shots under the same light and stance each week tell the story better than any written update. :D Without pics going to be impossible to approve the log and get help from the EVO family! @magnus33
