Hello, i'm new around in terms of forums and have decided to make a post about my upcoming first cycle!
Stats:
5'9, 180lbs, 13%bf approx.
Lifting 4.5years (last 2 very serious-strict diet, 0 missed workouts, absolute love for lifting)
Bench 240
Squat 345
Dead 415
My goal is to add strength and size with a main priority of strength, really wanting to take what i look forward to every day to the next level, and enjoy it hopefully.
Now for the planned cycle:
wks 1-14 TestE 500mg/wk(or would 12 be sufficient for a 1st timer?)
Adex as needed, but most likely will do .25 EOD starting on week 2
No HCG this time, but most definitely next cycle if i choose to even have one
PCT:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
