So, a little background... im 51, 5'9, currently 167 (this morning)... i was taking test cyp for almost 7 years with a few breaks (due to supply).. i was taking as TRT... I started at 250mg a week (125mg twice a week) and over the years worked my way up to 500mg a week. About 2 years ago I came off a big break and started over at 250mg a week. I lost my supplier back in October and just reupped from DS with xt labs c 300. I haven't tested it yet but I started my self out at what I believe is 120mg twice a week right now.

As far as diet... i try to keep protein intake high and carbs low... i take multi vitamin every day, 5mg creatine Hcl mixed with ATH lytes twice a day (morning and noon), night time CBD and 400mg micronized magnesium glycinate. I am currently not drinking alcohol (month and a half now)..

Here is what "usually" eat... it varies tho with my work schedule, whether im traveling or how much time I have...
Breakfast: 4 hard boiled eggs, or buy omlette/breakfast sandwich.

Mid morning: 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt with a large dollup of peanut butter, frozen berries and maple syrup.

Lunch: try to meal prep (grilled chicken, roasted veggies, rice or barilla+ pasta), or homemade sandwich/PB+J, or buy out.

Mid afternoon: leftover lunch or protein bar, or power core protein drink, red bull

Dinner: chicken, fish, steak, pork, burger, veggies, salad, maybe potatoes/rice/pasta

Training and lifting... well my job is my workout... im an Arborist and I climb and rig down trees on a daily basis... i do try to hike every morning when I wake up. I live at the base of a ski mtn and at minimum do 1 mile up and back. I just got back into this groove and have hit every morning for past 6 days now (I will bump it up next week).. i mtn bike (cross country and downhill), try to swim 1-2 times a week 30 min continuous (crawl, breast, side [both]) when I can. I dont lift weights. Winter time i ski and hike, coach a ski team (im a current USSA certified alpine race coach).

I think thats all I got for now... here is a pic from today for whoever asked! 🙂

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, I know you dont have meal prep seems but lets try some
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger, dont count the work as you do that regular already
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

supplements
Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
how much creatine do you use ed?
what digestive supps you use?

High doses of vitamin C, no... but i poted all other amounts and how frequent in my post before... i dont think you understand what I do for work... at the end of the day I am not going to the gym... i am not lifting weights... i absolutely have no desire to, as I am totally smoked... the fact that I manage to hike, bike, swim along with my work is a testament in itself. People always ask how I do it. In my mind one keeps me in shape for the other. Summer keeps me in shape for winter, winter (skiing, coaching) keeps me in shape for summer.
