Hey need to find someone best for the juice some one that has good gear and can back it up. I'm from South Australia and need it ASAP.

Age 26, Height 185, BF% well into 20%, Diet lots of carbs... Havnt lifted over a year befor that around 5 years,never got into the juice side as didn't feel needed it. But looked into it and feel it would be best and as have kids on the way nothing I have to worry about or is there.?

Get back in the gym consistent, reduce ur carbs and increase cardio.

Get ur eating habits in check and solid training habits 1st.

That's what I meant what you posted above! One thing I see you got to bring that BF% down below 15%. I would suggest you getting back in the gym busting your ass to get back in shape before doing AAS.

With a bf% that high...it's just a recipe for some major Heath problems.

Steroids put a lot of stress on other organs in your body.. Besides helping you grow muscle. " Key Word is HELPING ". They are not magic pill or injections. Just need to get in better shape first, and then maybe add the gear.

Appreciate it mate:) By loosing all this BF how much cardio am I to do befor I start loosing my strength etc. And in diet changing as little carbs as possible or ?

Hey brother I'm not the best person here that can explain it for you. I don't actually track my diet as good as I should. I just know my body..and I can tell if something changes. That's when I start looking at my diet / training to see what I am or am not doing. I just keep constantly changing and experimenting to see how things work. But if I had to give you a starting place

I would say to maybe start with something like 50% protein / 30% fat / 20% carbs for diet.

If you can only train 1 time a day....then I like 3days lifting / 3 days cardio " HIIT style " for about 30 mins. Days Alternated of course. Then 1 day off. But honestly some of the other guys in this thread can probably lay it out better for you. Maybe they will chime back in.

Bro, nobody here is laughing at you. Trust me. While we don't know you, we still want to steer you in the best direction. We were all new to this at one point. Your bf is too high for juice. You need to drop carbs and do lots of cardio like Casca said. Go to gym consistently, get your diet in check, and you will soon see results. He'll by the time you get your bf down, you may not even want to run gear. You can get great results natty. We're just trying to help you bro.
 
I think your body fat is not that bad at all . You could def get in shape pretty fast and I really doubt your past 20% bf. A good test e or c only cycle would get you pumped up pretty good if you put the work in .
 
Ok, I didn't read the entire thread, yea you're bf% isn't in the 20's, but still you can get good results without gear. Juice is only a small part of BB. Busting your ass in the gym, and having a clean diet are 2 biggest things.
 
Yes I don't think your BF% is 20 maybe 10-13bf%. I'm fixing to run my second cycle! I'm near same bf as you. I'm running a test only cycle again!

We don't know anything when it comes down to it, about u! U mentioned 20+ % and high carbs. Also u mentioned "off the bench for a year", my criticism was only concern, not to point the finger at u.

Get to eating right and training consistently again. Get ur muscles back in the grove. U may be ready before u know it. So much more I coukd discuss, just would like u to put some effort in 1st.

Umm sjboyd.... No offense , but he isn't anywhere close to 10% , abs would be popping out . Casca , your spot on .
 
You look around 14 or 15% BF.
I didn't see any Love Handles, and that's a Good Thing.
You want to get your BF down a Little Lower, it'll make for a Much Better Cycle.
It'll Also be Less Stressful to your Body................................. JP

As far as a Site in Australia, I know there are a Couple Sources.
I saw a Thread for a Source only a couple of Weeks ago, I can't remember off the Top of my Head.

Being that you've been out of the game almost a year give yourself some time to get back into it.

Get your workouts and diet back to what works best for you. After a month or two run some SARMs. They're quality without some of the possible negatives related to AAS. Then you can ease into something simple like test only. No need to rush it

Bro masdive heart issues and much more can be caused by having a high bf and using AAS. Dial in the diet, dial in the training and stick around. No one is laughing at you, we just dont feed you bullshit and patronize you. We can be rough around the edges but we have you best interests in mind bro.
 
Thanks heaps to all that helped me. Have looked into some start off diets that can keep my strength up. Appreciate all the comments glad I didn't jump straight on the gear as not worth all the side affects and long term issues I could have had. And to all that laugh at think I'm an idiot for asking what I did good on ya I got what I needed out of it and took it all in this forum really helpful and respected boys on it
 
Throw up a training routine. How many days a week, type of lifts, the whole 9. Be glad to help out.
