need help with high heart rate

I’m looking for some advice on helping with my high heart rate. Currently my resting heart rate is way too elevated. It’s getting me a little concern and I would like your advice on which supplements can help with that. I used to have a good resting heart rate back when he used to run a lot. But now it’s hovering in the 90s.
