Lol. I've been an attorney since 1999. I graduated from The University of Virginia. There are so many topics you can write about. Is it open ended, like you can choose any legal topic you want without restriction?
Write a paper on the Larry Flint Hustler case that went all the way to the Supreme Court. There was even a movie made about it and my Constitutional law professor argued for Flint in front of the Supreme Court.the issue, basically, was what constitutes obscene porography. One judge, famously, said I can't define it but I know it when I see it.
Want to shock your teacher include pictures of what is obscene and what isn't. It was a real and landmark case there is nothing he could do.
