New member intro...The quietest voice in the room.

I just wanted to introduce myself. 6 feet tall, 185 lbs, age 47, 12% BF
Former Army Officer and Desert Storm vet, wounded in combat. Proud Patriot and father of five. Been lifting seriously for two years creating a better foundation. Avid runner and cyclist and in great shape most my life. I'm on HRT (Test Cyp) and new to the game but not new to a healthy lifestyle. Had my share of misinformed doctors but finally found one who gets it.

Right now I'm just getting mental gains from and information from all the gurus and collective experience on this board. Been running SARMS GW and OST from sarms1 guys for a few weeks now and sweating my arse off. Seeing great endurance boost and solid results. Anyway, I'm proud to be a member here. I hope to learn and contribute once I complete a log, etc.

plenty of threads on here to search and read up on, use the search bar and you will be able to find most of your questions. if not then ask away, tons of experienced guys on here with loads of knowledge.

how do you like the GW so far?
 
Thanks for the welcome...GW is GTG so far. Here's my log:

CARDARINE GW 501516 + Osterine
Day one: 1 hour in gym workout; no real noticeable effects
Day two: Ran four miles; felt good. But no noticeable energy increase.
Day 3: body feeling a bit warmer, workout good, no real noticeable pump improvements, good increased stamina, sweating a bit more than usual.
Day 4: Added Osterine to stack. No noticeable change. Legs cramps while starting my run.
Day 5: No noticeable improvement. Leg cramps while running.
Day 6: no change
Day 7: Run day. no change
Day 8: no change
Day 9: Run day. no change
Day 10: no change
Day 11: Run day. 4 miles no problem. Feeling good. Shins didn't hurt like they normally do. Improved endurance. Noticeable feeling of calm during this run.
Day 12: rest day
Day 13: gym workout today with very little rest between sets. Great energy. Lots of sweat.
Day 14: Run day. 3 miles in record time. No cramps nor need to stop. Faster pace. Is it placebo or this stuff actually working?
Day 15: rest
Day 16: feeling more energy in the gym.
Day 17: First bottle of GW used. Seemed to be more pieces of white powder/pill type substance in the last dropper amount. Hmm...I'm rolling it but not shaking...OK to shake the bottle?
Day 18: Def feeling a faster run with more endurance.
Day 19: .....Up to date / day of post

Thanks again for the welcome everyone. I'm learning a lot from this board...So much so that now I can actually have an educated conversation with my doctor on all this. He is coming around but now wanting to limit my "legal" prescription of Test Cyp to .5 cc per week. Sigh.

My Dr wanted to put me on 200mg of Test Cyp 1x a month.
You ideally need to decide what you want to do.
Ive heard so many responses to what I should do that ive stopped asking cause it makes me want to take some Advil.
