This is in my top 5 best tasting protein powders. If you decided to take this protein on I highly recommend getting the Neapolitan flavor it tastes exactly like the ice cream. Mixes great in water or milk. The best thing about it is that it is Hydrolyzed Whey protein with enzymes. For 1 scoop of the neapolitan flavor there is 130 cals, 2grams fat, 2 grams carbs, and 25 grams of protein. I really liked this product and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a switch

Thanks for the review. I haven't tried any of the new Gaspari proteins. It seems like the brand is going through a major overhaul. For a period of time, their products were getting worse and worse. It was sad because I really liked Rich Gaspari but as a company is loosing money, they will cut corners wherever they can to save money. Since the company got sold and is now owned by Hi-Tech, it seems like the quality of their products are starting to get better again.

The only thing I dislike about the protein is that they use sugar alcohols and splenda to sweeten the product. The best calorie free sweetener to use is stevia because it is completely natural. Most companies don't use it in their proteins because it is 20-30x the cost of artificial sweeteners.

The main reason I use isolation from n2bm.com over other protein powders is because they sweeten their protein powder with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners
