Hey everyone, seeking some real world advice and opinions here.
For context my left nipple has pre existing gyno from puberty sadly, there is a solid lump behind it about the size of a 50c piece. It isnt noticeable most of the time though thankfully.
I've ran a few cycle's and get slight nipple sensitivity if I go over 350mg of test so 300-350 is my sweet spot for a blast. I'm a returning customer to NPP and it works great and I don't tend to get gyno sides or sensitivity to badly.
This cycle i've decided to do test c - 350mg/ tren ace 200mg/ primo 200mg. I keep ontop of my bloods consistently and my prolactin has always been at 119 with no budget and I keep my e2 between 80-150 with occasional arimidex use to keep it down. I also take a low dose of raloxifiene for peace of mind as i'm a bit concious of the pre existing gyno.
Although on this cycle i've noticed my nipple is ultra sensitive if I hit it on something. Once I rub it a bit I get no pain. I also dont feel it with a shirt or anything or notice it in general just purely if I hit it or touch it for the first time. Pushing in on it also is a bit painful but requires some pressure.
Is there anything I can do to reduce this or any insights I can have in general. Open to all opinions and thank you for taking the time to read it!
