Ouch! Pip?

So I made a mistake of injecting Boldenone (1mL) into my quad pretty quick (pressed hard -- lasted less than 10 seconds), and then in the glute I injected 1mL Testosterone Propionate. This is the start of my cycle, and I haven't cycled for about 1.5 years prior to this.

In the quad, I have a hard lump from the Vermodj Bold, and it's sore. In the glute, it is red and rised, and very sore.

Is this a result of bad gear, or do you think it's because I injected the gear too quick?

No idea. Try injecting again and see what happens. Im on Vermodje and its doin pretty good for me. When you inject avoid massaging the area immediately, wait an hour or so idk. When i massaged immediately i had what looked like a purple bruise. Also, try injecting into a bodypart that you are going to train later that day. I personally cycle between glutes and delts. I dont feel any soreness at all in my glute and i did it before legs yesterday.

Here are some tips for reducing PIP in the future:

1. Heat up the oil prior to injecting. Run the vial under hot water for 1-2 minutes. Heating up the oil will bring it closer to body temperature and make the oil disperse from the muscle into the blood stream much easier.

2. Gently massage the injection site for 1-2 minutes after the injection. It'll help disperse the oil into the blood stream.

3. I am a big advocate of training the muscle you injected into that day. It'll help disperse the oil from the muscle into the blood stream. In other words, try to time your glute injection on the day you train legs/glutes.

As for now, for the next 24 hours apply ice to the area to reduce inflammation. If you develop a rash or hives - GO SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. You have an infection. If the injection site is just red and tender, you are fine and don't need to see a doctor.

This is pretty much all that can be done to reduce PIP. The training this same part on that day helps me a lot, this much I got to admit. Putting some yodine on the injection site can also considerably reduce the PIP and bruising, so you may as well try it too.

Yes dude you injected way to fast it's not a water suspension bro.... The oil naturally takes time to absorb and instead implementing with in the muscle fibers, it's cause a deposits site that is now putting pressure on different nerves and sensory receptors causing u pain. The redness is due to the fact that ur body is trying to fight off the new substance to ur body. Slow and steady I'm not saying take 5 miners buts inject over 20-45 second time frame has been nothing but ideal for me. Sometimes needle repositioning may be nessissary.
