I’ve used pinman for the past 12 months with no issues whatsoever maybe just found the orders take a little longer to get here as their clientele has grown, but I actually ran a decent order a few weeks back and they gave me a bit of a discount and said it should be there in a week or so, its been 3 weeks so decided to message them late last week and sent them another message to no response as of yet so was just wondering if anyone’s heard from pinman

Pinman is a solid vendor and doesnt rip people bro. Sometimes session can be a cunt of an app. If youve contacted him on the same one as you ordered through just send him another message. If it really has been 3 weeks since order and didnt say there would be any delays then Im sure he would want to know whats going on as well.
Thanks for the message back, I’d never discredit Pinman they’ve been amazing these past 12 months I was just enquiring if anyone had heard from him in the past couple weeks? I spoke to a friend who uses them and needs to order and has tried contacting him a few times the past couple

What do you mean by having issues? I don’t know what hybrid is tbh I only joined this forum today, is that another vendor with the same supply line?

No they are two completely seperate labs. You are right that there were a few helping hands in the early days but no cross over for a long time

Hello, Pinman here.
I’ve asked for this statement to be posted on my behalf to address a number of issues.
I would like to first thank everyone for your continued support over the years and more specifically your patience over the last few months. Orders have recently been met with delays and issues which comes down to 2 things. Being overwhelmed with orders but mostly because of some heavy personal issues I’ve been dealing with which have recently become much worse than I could’ve imagined.
I would like to be open and honest with everyone, any outstanding orders that customers are waiting on will be delivered even if you have been waiting a while, and I would like to also step away and ask that the labs page be temporarily removed from the forum while I deal with what is happening in my life.
If I can I will be replying to some session messages and taking the occasional order if people wish to still place one but I will put most of my focus into my personal life and continuing to restock all of my products so that when I do come back, I can come back stronger than ever and continue to provide a high quality product with a higher quality service than recently given.
My return is something I will obviously need to discuss with forum staff, but I will be willing to provide HPLC testing prior to recommencing, again, that’s a discussion for me and forum staff.
