Hey brothers, what stack of supps over the counter would you recommend as a pre cycle of test and deca for 10 weeks, do you think it's necessary or it would be too much for your liver knowing it'll have plenty of toxicity during the cycle?
 
Those two steroids are not that stressful on your liver so you should be fine to take any supplements you want. Creatine for sure.
 
Neither testosterone or deca are liver toxic or effect your liver at all.

Nothing will put on size and strength like the old school classic bulking cycle of test + deca. The problem is that both deca and test are known to cause a lot of water retention. Especially if you aren't using the proper support supplements with your cycle.

Remember to include the proper support supplements with your cycle:
1. An AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin at 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
2. An anti-prolactin drug to keep prolactin in the low-normal range. Cabergoline at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

The support supplements are very important because high estrogen and prolactin levels can lead to side effects like gyno and water retention.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 16
testosterone 500mg/week
deca 300mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
cabergoline 0.25mg every other day

Nothing over the counter will be strong enough to prevent estrogen and prolactin increases from steroid usage.

Protein, bcaas, creatine, multivitamins and minerals are always good to go, plus in moderation they shouldnt cause any liver issues.
 
Just use the bread and butter of bodybuilders - creatine, BCAA and whey protein. Then, better focus on having all the necessary ancillaries for the cycle - these will make much more of a difference rather than some pre-cycle supplements.
