PSL T3 & T4 combo

I just learned about some people taking both Levothyroxine with Armour Thyroid and report their symptoms improve - especially energy and brain function. Apparently the reason is that Levo contains T4 which the body then converts to T3, but not always reliably. Apparently natural thyroid hormone has a combination of T4 and T3 and so combining that with the extra T4 has been allegedly helpful for some of us!

I think that my thyroid levels are out of whack because of my hormone balance lately. Lots of brain fog and libido sucking. I think I suffer from hypothyroidism because of my brain fog, libido issues, muscle aches and weight gain so easily. Last year I was on T3 20mcg daily with 0 issues and felt great no symptoms. Should I stick with just T3 or should I try this T3 T4 combo from PSL?
