Its a good question @ceo bossman. I do find it helps with energy/push and its adding to my numbers which I'm struggling to hit as is. I get them free with my protein powder orders too because I order so much at once! 😁 I know I am not running a marathon every gym sesh its just an add. I do think I am likely deficient diet-wise somewhere but that will shake out in time.
bros if you trying to add muscle/strength make sense

Thanks @2Thick Definitely helping my energy levels throughout the day and around training. Keeping note of it helps me be accountable and tinker with it as I learn. Besides there's no way I could remember everything I learn here. It's like a firehose.
That's great, man. I'm glad that you're getting a lot out of the forum.

@LevButlerov We are in week 9 now. Supposed to be going to 12 weeks. Given the lack of "sides", disruptions et al and the momentum I am now finally gaining I am considering dragging this "cycle" out to 16 weeks.

I have another LCMS test paid for to be strategically used.

My inclination is to change nothing and do bloods at the 12 week mark. If nothing remarkable comes from them make a decision there. *Given how long the LCMS results are taking to come back I don't think it would be wise to wait for them.

Will post photos after I am back from work trip. My gains and losses have been largely incremental just like my initial weight loss was. Marathon. However, the bounce back compared to where I was even on the TRT doses is undeniable.

Should start considering "off cycle" and "next cycle" soon also.

What do you think?

You dont feel the e2 is too low? I think mid range way better tbh @WillyT

I don’t feel anything 🙂 which is why I’m loathe to make any change. Understanding the eq effects will be cumulative over times how about increasing the Test?
thats fair :D

thats fair :D
Ok proposal is increase from 400 to 500mg Test E/w pinning EOD. EQ remains at 200 pinning twice weekly.
Bloods after three weeks.
After all this cycle is as much about discovery as anything else.

Focuses: already low HDL (1.2). Usual Hema, BP.
Solutions: increase cardio z2, continued fat loss, sleep priority (ok but no one would claim it is great).
Diet: increase veg volume, increase fibre, reduce refined carb loads, increase monounsaturated fats.

*Cardio is a real problem. Injuries have made a suitable cardio option for me not yet found. Physicians proposal was elliptical but that causes prolonged hip pain like walking does. I have been boxing but that fatigues my left shoulder very quickly.

I have found the recovery is not in any way predictable like weight training is and often detrimental to the weeks progress and my sleep for that matter. Two nights ago was not a good night because of this. Physicians solution for now is to use meloxicam but its coverage causes problems. It becomes an issue of am I dosing to get through an AM session or at night because the pain is otherwise degrading sleep?
