This is true, I did an experiment from 2 jumped to 8, felt like my arms were rolled in coke, I didn't feel nothing but pins and needles for 2 day's. I got my answer, nice and slow.

nothing like what I thought 52 was going to feel like when I was younger. unless I look in a mirror and see the gray or make a reference that nobody gets, and have someone say "you're showing your age" I forget how old I really I am.

Some nice exercises there mate. I used to like chest +arms. Did that when I was following a Dorian Yates 3-way of chest+arms, back+shoulders and legs.
